"The place was very clean, check-in/check-out was hassle-free, and everything was pretty much exactly as advertised.
This is a perfect place to stay in town...you basically pay the price of a hotel room, but get the conveniences of a real apartment. The full size kitchen is awesome and a huge benefit in a town like Telluride where restaurant prices are generally pretty high. It's on the 2nd floor and there are large windows, so you get lots of natural light which is very nice. Parking and bike racks right outside.
It's a studio so there isn't a lot of space, but it worked perfectly for me and my girlfriend. The loft is fine for sleeping(king size bed) and you won't bang your head when you wake up, but the ceiling is definitely too low to stand or get dressed up there...you basically just climb up the ladder and crawl onto the bed...just something to consider if you have limited mobility. There's a little desktop rotating fan in the apartment that was nice to have on the warmer nights.
There's a small old school tv and dvd player, although we didn't use them. Wifi connection was strong during our entire stay and worked great. The couch was alright to lay on and read, but it's really not the most comfortable/functional piece of furniture. Bathroom was normal sized and pretty standard, the only suggestion I would have is to maybe change the shower head to one that has a better spray.
Telluride is so small and literally all of it is incredibly nice, so you really can't go wrong no matter where you stay, but the location of this place is perfect. It's in a residential part of town so it's quiet at night, but you are still right in town so you can walk a few blocks to all the shops/restaurants/gondola/hiking trailheads/park/river trail/etc. The shuttle is pretty unnecessary during summer, but there's a stop close by which is nice to have during winter.
Finally, the owner Hildy is really, really nice and very easy to communicate with. Some VRBO landlords can be a gigantic pain in the ass before/during/after your stay, so this is a HUGE plus."

"We drove 20 hours to spend some time in the Durango area and arriving at this condo was such a treat. Set in the mountains with gorgeous views on all sides, this was a great place to relax after our long days of hiking, site-seeing, and whitewater kayaking. It's clean, and stocked with everything we needed for cooking, laundry, relaxing, and sleeping. We even brought our two teenagers and even though they didn't have their own bedroom, it had ample space for a vacation spot."

"We spent a week at the cabin over New Years. It was a great fit for our family of three. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house which worked well for us with an 11 year old. Stairs to second bedroom are steep so I would not recommend that room for a person that has trouble with stairs. The living room is in the old historic part of the house and had such a wonderful feel. Old logs but with a cozy gas stove. Kitchen was gorgeous. I really enjoyed cooking on the 6 burner Viking stove. The cabin felt larger than I expected. We watched the New Year's eve torch parade and fireworks from the drive. We also sledded on the hill just above the house. Thanks for the sleds in the garage!! We loved the location. It felt remote and yet was just across from the ski area and just up the hill from town. Two miles down the road is the Washington Gulch trailhead and you can do a wonderful snowshoe or backcountry ski--with dogs! We thought the backcountry and Nordic skiing in CB was top notch. In fact, I think the Nordic trails are the best we have ever skied. This is a very special cabin on an amazing piece of property in the heart of it all."
