  • Charming Log Cabin!

"We love coming to Crested Butte for the Wildflower Festival and Gothic Cabin was the perfect hub for our July visit. The home is well represented by the pictures and everything was as we hoped. We love traveling with our four legged family member and are always thankful for homes that can accommodate us. Being able to walk down Elk Avenue to get a coffee, visit the Farmers Market or go out to dinner was the best luxury. The deck and backyard made a great spot for grilling and unwinding, at the end of the day. We would definitely stay at Gothic Cabin again and the customer service from Alpine Getaways was top notch, start to finish! We love Crested Butte!"

  • Close to Nordic Center, Ice skating rink, sledding hill, and the shuttle stop is around the corner!

"Great location, and a very pleasant and functional home, perfect for our family of 5. The parking in the back was a big plus, as we watched the neighbors move their cars from one side of the street to the other every day. There is a natural food store a block and 1/2 away, called Mountain Earth - it's like mini Whole Foods. A wonderful bakery/breakfast place called Mountain Oven/The Guild is 5 min walk away. There was so much snow: we xc skied through town to nordic trails. Watching the torchlight parade on the mountain on New Year's eve from the top bedroom windows was a bonus. We found the place very quiet, despite its proximity to Elk street restaurants and bars. The shuttle stop is around the corner and it's really easy to get to the mountain. The kids went to the ice skating rink or to the sledding hill for their Après-ski activity every day! We would like to stay here on our next trip to Crested Butte, thank you, Daniel and Kate!"

  • Great house for a ski trip!

"Just spend 3 nights in this great cabin! It was well stocked with wood for the fireplace, hello smores! The upstairs "barracks" was great for piling everyone in to sleep. We loved the windows that looked out over the mountain and valley. Would definitely be willing to shell out $50 more per night to get a hot tub, that was the only complaint."

  • Awesome CB vacation retreat!

"My family enjoyed an amazing New Years vacation at the Coalceek guesthouse! We've rented several places in the area and this has been out favorite! Great location, awesome views, convenient to town and well appointed with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this rental to everyone!"
