"My husband and I, along with my sister and her husband, stayed there from February 25 to March 3. The house is very cozy and in a perfect location to walk to the Main Street of crested butte! The only time we got on our car was to drive to ski. There is also a shuttle that picks you up a few blocks away from the house that can take you up to the mountain if you don't want to drive. Sallee was very responsive and I enjoyed speaking with her- would definitely rent this house again!"

"I wish I lived in the Old Sopris Barn! We absolutely loved it and hope to return in the future. It's so charming, cozy, and comfortable as well as very conveniently located. You can't ask for more when you can walk downtown and walk to the ski shuttle. Also, the owners are so nice and communicated very well before and during our stay. They even let our pup come and stay too. Thanks, Trilby and Z!

"This is a great place and I'm glad we found it on VRBO. The open, upstairs living quarters is great for being able to take advantage of the wonderful mountain views in CB no matter if you are cooking, watching TV or relaxing on the balcony. The duplex is snuggled into a neighborhood three blocks from town (2.5 blocks from the ski resort shuttle stop) so the downstairs bedrooms are quiet and make for a good night's sleep. There is a great pantry for storing food and belongings and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. The w/d in the unit is always a plus for us.
The private hot tub is awesome. Because the description said the hot tub is right outside the front door I was concerned about privacy but that is not an issue. This neighborhood of duplexes is built so the units are back-to-back (not side-by-side) so each has its own private entrance. This unit faces the ally and the two-car garage for the units is between the front porch and the alley. On top of that there are plenty of trees to create more privacy from the neighbors. It was great. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub at least twice on our four-night stay.
Shay is easy to work with. CB is a great, laid back place with plenty to do in and around town even if you aren't into skiing. We walked everywhere during the day. Because we were there at a very quiet, off-season time we drove the few blocks to town after dark. This next point is a plus for us, but because it is located in a neighborhood without street lamps it is very dark at night and we didn't feel comfortable walking into town then -- not because it isn't safe just because it is so dark and we didn't know the streets. During summer and winter when there are more people around I'm sure we'd walk into town at night as well as during the day.
It's a great place. We highly recommend it and will be back. Camp 4 Coffee is the best."

"We had an amazing time at your condo! Your condo is PERFECT for our party of 6. The place was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The master bedroom was beautiful and I really enjoyed the Jacuzzi bath tub (especially right after a long ski day). The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the outdoor hot tub!! We were there to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and it was a memory to remember. The West Wall lift was located steps away from the condo. It was a real treat to walk to the slope!! Ski storage on the 1st floor is real nice. No need to carry ski/boots to the top floor. The only problem was that our children love your place so much that they did not want to leave! We will be back next year!!!"
