Spectacular Mountain Views in Spacious Home
"We visited in October with another couple. Our kids attend Western State so they joined us for the weekend. The layout was perfect for our group. Each bedroom has its own private bath and there is another family room with flat screen on the lower level so everyone has space. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of top of the line cookware, utensils, glasses, plates, etc. Beds were very comfy too.
We really loved the wonderful views in every direction. We spent a lot of time on the decks. The free range cattle visited on a few evenings! The hot tub is also a nice addition, especially after a day of horseback riding, hiking or biking. (I'm sure it's also great after a day on the slopes, but we were there in the fall with temps in the upper 60's!)
The home was very clean and everything was in working order. We did visit some of Crested Butte's restaurants and would recommend Maxwells, McGills and Last Steep. We also recommend Fantasy Ranch for horseback riding adventures. I would not hesitate in recommending this cool mountain home to a friend!"

"We loved this trip even more than our honeymoon, and we are planning to come back when our baby is 3 and ready for ski school! The place is so adorable, and the cabin's design and decor is similar to all the beautiful little shops and restaurants on Elk Street, which feels really special. It was great being able to cook to save a little money, but being walking distance to such great food was awesome, too. Easy to create a balance. The hot tub is fantastic after a day on the mountain, and the bed was comfy. Everything about this property is just stellar for a couple looking to get away. Also, if you're unfamiliar with CB, the shuttle is so easy to use into the mountain. We literally walked a half block to the stop, and the shuttle runs every fifteen minutes. We loved staying in town for the charm all around us, and it wasn't challenging in the least to make our way out to the slopes. So he location and accommodations were both just outstanding!"

"This is the second time my family has stayed at this property and we couldn't WAIT to be there again! It's kid friendly and they have everything you could want for cooking and baking. The Japanese soaking tub and steam shower are a definite plus! The management provides delicious smelling, organic amenities. We were walking distance from hiking and mountain biking trails and the house is just a half block from the Main Street- Elk Avenue. It's a gorgeous house with beautiful wood everywhere- it feels like you're at home : ) I definitely will stay here again soon and recommend it highly!"
