"This was our first time to use VRBO. Cascade Village is in the center of all we wanted to do while in Colorado for this vacation. The condo was very nice and we would certainly use it again on a return trip. Kitchen was stocked very well for cooking. Had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Spent a full day at Purgatory enjoying the area which was only a few miles. Would be great for ski season! Traveled to Silverton and Ouray in one day enjoying sights and scenery. Pool & hot tub were close by which kids used a lot and BBQ grill was close and great for evening meals. Would certainly use again. The only thing is we were traveling with little children, 2 yr & 5 mo. With the stairs you may want to take a childrens gate to help ease your mind around the stairs."

"This is a great condo for two families to share with kids. It was nice to have an outside grill on the patio. Most kitchens are not equipped for cooking, but we had no issues here. We never ran out of Hot Water!
Very convenient to ski or walk down the bunny lift and ride up to the main ski slopes.
Thank you for sharing your condo with us!"

"Extremely cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient condo! Easy and efficient reservation/payment process...owner super friendly and accommodating. Easy and convenient to move in and become settled...everything we needed was included within the kitchen, bathroom and living area. Each morning we walked to the lodge and lifts, skied and walked back to the condo in the late afternoon. The view through the sliding glass doors was spectacular(snowed daily), and since this was partially a working trip, the WiFi came in handy. Would definitely recommend, and we'd stay again. Perfect for two."

"We enjoyed staying at edelweiss 11. The property was well maintained and there was a lot of space. The location is fantastic, between Durango and Silverton. The condo is very close to the Lodge. My kids spent an afternoon doing the summer activities set up at the resort. We all hiked up and around the mountain various times and saw plenty of mountain bikers, although we didn't get a chance to rent bikes.
The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, etc. They also provided plenty of towels.
It did get stuffy in the unit, but we opened the glass door and upstairs windows, and used a couple of the fans provided.
We would definitely come back to this property in the future!"
