"We truly enjoyed our stay in the condominium for our Spring Break Ski Trip. The weather was warm, and sunny. The snow was plentiful, if a bit slushy by the end of the week. The condo was excellent.
We arrived and accessed the condo without incident and found it clean and inviting. There were instructions for everything: accessing the WiFi, cable TV, Ski Locker, DVD player, etc...
The condo is a short walk from the Quick-6 (main lift), and the Beach (Adirondack chairs in front of Purgy's, a great place for an after-ski drink.
We are a family of four and never ran out of hot water. The condo is well appointed with dishes, cookware, and utensils. We felt very comfortable there.
I would highly recommend this condo to couples and families with young children."

"Pictures on here do not even do this wonderful lake house justice. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. Everything was very neat and clean. We enjoyed lounging around watching the Beavers during the day and the stars at night. The house came fully stocked with kitchen gadgets, cookware, games, books, movies, blankets, towels, toiletries, and much more. I really felt this house was a vacation within a vacation. The next time we go, we will have zero activities planned just so we can enjoy what this house has to offer."

"We loved our stay at this condo. It was everything advertised and more. The building was just a few steps from the ski lift. We took a ride up the lift and rode the alpine slide down the mountain. The Condo was lovely. The king master suite was very comfortable with a big private bath with a walk in shower. There was a very nice queen bedroom and then a third bedroom with bunk beds. The condo had all the extras. Fully stocked kitchen (even though I don't cook on vacation.) The elevator was right around the corner from our room and on the second floor we had a private covered parking spot which was so convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub which overlooked the village. We were able to walk just a few feet to Purgy's restaurant, which had great bison burgers. Also next to Purgy's in the village was Paradise Pizza. The pizza was wonderful! There was a nice outdoor fireplace in the village where you could enjoy happy hour every day. The village had all kinds of summer activities for kids and nice shops open. We took the beautiful 30 minute drive to Durango every day for different activities. We loved the train ride to Silverton. We went white water rafting and toured the Mesa Verde National Park. So many wonderful restaurants and shops in Durango. We never got bored. The hike along the Animas River was so beautiful. This was our first summer trip to Colorado. So envious of the dry, cool temperatures. We don't get nice summer weather like that in Louisiana! We hope to make it back next year."

"We lived in this house for one week in June. Everything was so luscious and green. We had no problems with any of the accommodations. It is a little far from one of the larger grocery stores, but if one plans ahead, this is not a problem.
While at Durango House, we took 3 Jeeps on an off road excursion in Silverton, went horseback riding, attended the BarD Ranch Chuckwagon Dinner and Show, drove to Ouray and went to Mesa Verde and the 4 Corners monument."
