  • Lovely Home with Terrific Views

"We enjoyed a lovely four night stay at this beautiful home across President's Day weekend. We were two families, including four adults and three children (ages 1 through 10). The house is laid out extremely well, with two large private master suites and a bunk room that's terrific for kids. There is ample room for ski gear and boots etc in the large entrance and mudroom. The great room is large and comfortable for hanging out and enjoying the awesome views and unbelievable sunshine that beams in all afternoon. The photos online do not do it justice. The one piece of feedback we gave after our visit was that the pots and pans were past their prime and could use updating. The manager, who is fantastic and super responsive and made organizing our stay very easy, said she would take care of it. It was a minor annoyance in what was otherwise a great stay."

  • Great time staying in Cascade Village!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: - Plenty of room, was a great size and good layout - The Kitchen had everything that we needed - The property manager, Keith, was great to work with - With three TVs there was plenty of entertainment for everyone - Three bathrooms were great as we were getting ready for the day Cons (none of these would keep me from staying there again): - The floor upstairs is VERY creaky. It gets very loud when walking around. - We did not like that several of the bathrooms were fully carpeted - even around the toilet. - The king-sized beds were VERY firm (we realize that is a personal choice, but they were too firm for us. We even bought inexpensive 'egg crate' toppers to soften them up a bit) Other: - The game room at Cascade Village should not really factor in to your decision. It almost seems that it was more frustrating than it was worth. Very dusty, games would not register when money was put in, no dollar bill changer - The pool at the club house was nice"

  • Wonderful Family Reunion

"I cannot speak highly enough about this property! I don't think we could have found a more beautiful spot. Great place for the family to get together and everyone could do whatever they wanted. Located right between Durango and Silverton, this was the perfect "home base" for all of our excursions. Definitely would recommend and would love to return to some day."
