"We stayed in the studio over the July 4th weekend and had a blast! The studio is just as described - very clean, nicely updated, great views and the bed is very comfortable. You will love the condo and love the area - the mountain biking and hiking is fantastic!
Book this condo, you won't regret it!"

Nicely furnished and decorated, Kitchen is well stocked
"We stayed for 6 nights while attending a wedding in Durango. The home is in a great location and has been nicely decorated and has an incredibly well stocked kitchen. While it is advertised for 10, the sofa bed is uncomfortable and not a good place to sleep, one person was able to sleep on the sofa but not the bed. We agreed with several other prior reviews. The vertical blinds in the first floor bedroom were still broken and had not been repaired. They should be replaced and removed and or they should have a curtain installed instead to ensure privacy. Also, there were not sufficient towels for everyone. At a minimum there should be a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth for each person. Additionally, there were only 4 bars of the smallest bath soaps for the entire house for 6 nights, and only one roll of paper towels. At the rates they are charging they can afford to provide adequate towels, soaps, and paper towels. The home information sheets states that you can purchase your own supplies at the store. Other than these issues, the home was decorated very nicely with a Southwest influence, and it was in a great location. We consider these issues the responsibility of the management company (not the owners) and would want them to be informed of these problems. We also noted a broken window in the living room which the management company was notified of, but it was also never repaired."

"We stayed at this Pinecone Unit over New Year's. The condo was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. We loved the view from the balcony and we even found some sledding hills right behind the condo.
Very close to DMR, but a bit far to downtown Durango (about a 25 minute drive.)
We would definitely stay here again and we are hoping to be able to return next year!"
