Such a treat to find a beautiful, dog-friendly cabin with an amazing view!
"This was our first trip to Durango so I quite honestly had no idea what I was doing when I picked out a cabin. Boy did we luck out! We loved being a little ways north of town as this put us right in the middle of beautiful hiking trails. We probably spent 4-5 hours a day hiking various trails in the area with our dogs and the rest of the time relaxing at the cabin. The view from the porch is amazing and the cabin is fully stocked with necessities so I highly recommend spending your free time and having meals at "home". We visited James Ranch just down the street for some local beef/cheese and PJs Market to stock up on groceries. I think our only change in plan next time will be to swing by Ska on the way through town to stock up on beer. ;) The best part about the whole trip was that we were able to have our dogs. We travel with them often but not all dog-friendly properties are this nice. In fact, I feel like many are really not nice at all. This cabin is beautiful and clean and we made sure to keep it that way. :) We really appreciate the opportunity to bring the pups with us since it's really not as much of a vacation without them! Can't wait to come back!!"

"We enjoyed a lovely four night stay at this beautiful home across President's Day weekend. We were two families, including four adults and three children (ages 1 through 10). The house is laid out extremely well, with two large private master suites and a bunk room that's terrific for kids. There is ample room for ski gear and boots etc in the large entrance and mudroom. The great room is large and comfortable for hanging out and enjoying the awesome views and unbelievable sunshine that beams in all afternoon. The photos online do not do it justice. The one piece of feedback we gave after our visit was that the pots and pans were past their prime and could use updating. The manager, who is fantastic and super responsive and made organizing our stay very easy, said she would take care of it. It was a minor annoyance in what was otherwise a great stay."

"Highly recommend this absolutely adorable and functional Durango bungalow as your perfect jumping off point to see many sites throughout the area. It was the PERFECT location for our young family for a multi-day stay. The house is roomy enough for four, has all of the amenities necessary - great kitchen and adored the washer/dryer units, and couldn't be in a better spot for access to downtown. LOVED the natural grocery store across the street! I can't sing this property's praises enough. When we forgot tickets to an event back home, the property manager kindly coordinated with me to print and bring them by the house - going way above and beyond in their guest service. We'll be back and we hope you'll book this great space for your next trip to the area!"
