"We booked this house for family summer vacation & our first time to visit Colorado. The location was amazing, out of the busy traffic areas but close enough to town for quick trips. Porch was very relaxing & where we spent most of our time. The house had plenty of rooms for six of us to have space to ourselves at times, sleep & had plenty of room for more people. If we would have packed board games & cards we may not have left the house. Kitchen & bathrooms were well equipped with supplies. We all enjoyed the big screen theater/media room. We will definitely book this very nice house again sometime. The price was reasonable. The owner was very courteous & attentive to questions or needs."

"We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went to enjoy 4th of July weekend. We were not disappointed. The age range was 80 to 6. Great place for kids to explore and our dog wants to go back too. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Grandpa enjoyed the apartment over the garage so he could take his naps and enjoy a good book. The little ones enjoyed watching the many hummingbirds. Would not recommend this particular cabin to anyone that has a problem climbing stairs, but would most certainly recommend it to friends and those that enjoy a quiet stay. The family has already voted to stay there again."

"We come to Pagosa every year with our grandchildren who look forward to it all year long. This house felt like home except for the fact that the first morning, we awoke to a construction crew working on the outside of the house. What we found out was that due to an unseasonable wet spring, the construction that started in March was long overdue to be complete. The owner (who is out of state) more than bent over backward to make things right. She stopped work immediately and called numerous times to make sure we were ok. The house is far enough from town to feel remote, but close enough that we can be in town within 15 minutes. We are a group of 10 and aged from 4 to 67. The hiking was glorious, there was plenty of room for the kids to ride their bikes and motor bike and I will hate to stop my morning ritual of having coffee on the front steps at 6am, where a wild rafter of turkeys came to visit every morning right up to the house. Tonight we saw 6 gorgeous bucks watching us in all their glory as we stopped to take pictures. We definitely recommend this house to you!"
