"We had a wonderful summer stay at this comfortable and clean condo. The master bedroom and kid's bunk room is on the lower level. Perfect for families with small children who need to be near their parents. The kids loved the bunk room and made a fort out of the lower bunk. They also loved finding the legos and played with them quite a bit. The loft has a really comfortable bed. The loft is really spacious and it is accessed by a very steep yet sturdy ladder (easy on the up, careful on the down!). We would definitely stay here again! Great location, no road noise from 133, easy walk to town. The kids loved riding bikes in the school parking lot."

"Perfect spot for walking to dining, shopping, nordic center, and town shuttle bus stop. Cozy interior that easily accommodated two couples and a toddler. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, plenty of towels in the bath, wifi, and all the conveniences that make traveling smooth. We had a fantastic stay and can't wait to return to Crested Butte soon!"

"We stayed at Crested Mountain G1 between 2/19/15 and 2/23 for our annual "guy's ski trip." This a a truly ski-in/ski-out location---the slope outside the back door accesses the base area and the Red Lady and Silver Queen lifts. If there's a better location on the mountain, I would be surprised.
The condo was clean and well equipped. It does need some updating and TLC; for example, the sliding glass door to the back patio is off track and is a pain to open and close, and the shower door in the hall bathroom is missing a latch. There is an (old) stereo downstairs, but the cord between the unit and the powered subwoofer is damaged, which renders the stereo useless. We brought our own portable audio devices, so no big deal.
Overall this is a fine property, especially considering the A+ location. With some routine maintenance, it will deserve a 5 star rating, but until then I'll give if 4."

"Ideal location as the unit is in the downtown shopping/dining district, 1 block from the gondola to access Mountain Village, 2 blocks to Town Park music venue, and 1 block to the ski area. Nice kitchen for preparing meals, and the second bedroom has its own bathroom. I found the bedrooms quiet during the night even though we were near the action of downtown. I would rent this unit again."
