  • Picture Perfect!

"We stayed a week for spring break. We were very comfortable with lots of room to spread out, relax, cook, and enjoy the beautiful setting. The home is very well equipped with anything you need. One of the best views you could find, majestic mountains, beautiful valley filled with wildlife. We enjoyed the nearby skiing, hiking, hot springs, and dining. A great place to vacation! The photos do not capture the beauty. We hope to visit again soon."

  • Wonderful cabin

"My husband and I stayed here for several days and it was wonderful. The cabin is clean, well-arranged and very comfortable. The view from the front windows is absolutely awesome. We were truly blessed to have stayed here and hope to return next year. Ginny was very good to work with and her son was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the cabin. Plus, it is very quiet and a beautiful drive from Ridgway. Thanks."

  • Relaxing get away! Awesome value and great communications with the owners.

"This property is very clean, comfortable, and secluded. Trips "into town" take about 20 minutes with about 10 minutes of the drive on a maintained county gravel road. There is a beautiful golf course/resort about 10 minutes away. Any questions I had prior to our trip were always answered right away by the owners. I would definitely rent this home again."

Ridgway Travel Tips

Escape to the San Jan Skyway With Ridgway Vacation Rentals

Find yourself immersed in the natural beauty of this area by booking Ridgway vacation rentals. In 1891, Robert M. Ridgway established this town in Colorado as a railhead center for the Rio Grande Southern. Located in the Uncompahgre Valley at an altitude of just under 7,000 feet, the town became a crossroad for travel and commerce, servicing the surrounding areas of Ouray and Telluride. Today the town remains the northern gateway to the scenic San Juan Skyway, an All-American Road offering sweeping vistas and scenery.

Visit Movie History With Ridgway Lodging

If you want to experience Old West charm, Ridgway is the place to go. It offers conveniences and activities like jeeping, golfing, and rafting, but it has maintained a slower pace than other areas in the state. The movies "True Grit" and "How the West Was Won" were filmed in and around Ridgway Park. The town hosts a memorial park for Emmy award-winning actor William Dennis Weaver who appeared in "Gunsmoke," NBC's "McCloud," and Steven Spielberg's "Duel."

Take Advantage of Southwest Colorado Cabins

Vacation rentals in Ridgway can offer you more than a hotel. Many come with full kitchens and you can pick the size space you need. Having more than one room works great for friends or families traveling together. Pack a picnic lunch, grab a blanket, and head to Ridgway Town Park. You'll find plenty of shade under the 100-year-old cottonwoods.

Find Your Niche in Ridgway

Ridgway offers a variety of activities as well as fine dining and shopping. Use Ridgway vacation rentals as your base for day-trips to places like Mesa Verde National Park or Unaweep Canyon.
