  • Great Family Vacation

"Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was well located directly across from the Coonskin lift and we walked to restaurants, shops, and the gondola. We never used our car. The best part was having the Clark's grocery store attached to the building. So convenient!!!! The condo was well appointed and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom had many upgrades. I enjoyed soaking in the jetted tub after skiing every day. The only downside was the lack of a larger dining room table, but it wasn't a problem for our family of four. Two of us sat at the breakfast bar and two sat at the small table in the kitchen. We were all still close together and could enjoy each other's company. We truly enjoyed our stay and the owner was very personable and helpful. Telluride is one of our very favorite places. The restaurant Siam is a must if you visit!"

  • Great place to stay

"Graysill was very nice. All was as advertised. Everything worked, was nice and clean, and the manager was responsive and provided fine customer service. The Bluegrass Festival packs the town and it was great to be able to retreat to a quiet, comfortable spot when we needed to. The only downsides: Lots of stairs and at nearly 9,000 feet, carrying our stuff was a test of endurance. There's just one inside parking space."

  • Sunny conveniently located condo. Perfect for teenagers.

"A lovely well-maintained property in a great location. Just park your car and walk for the rest of your stay. The open kitchen/dining and living areas are great for relaxing and enjoying time together. Huge floor to ceiling windows with great views. Two main bedrooms had windows on each side for great air flow and light. Teenagers will love the loft and separate loft living area."

  • Luxury

"We had our wedding at the “Heart of Telluride." This venue is the utmost luxury one can imagine. For our wedding, we rented out the one bedroom condo and the penthouse. Our guests were in awe of how pristine the house was. You could spend hours upon hours looking at the intricacies of the home. We were there five days and I was always finding something new to admire. Our wedding ceremony was conducted on the rooftop patio and it was just perfect! The natural beauty of Telluride and the flowers embedded on the patio made for a stunning and unique location which will never be forgotten. It rained before and after our wedding so we were able to even have a rainbow behind us during the ceremony! Overall, this location is filled with charm, elegance, luxury and impeccable service! We are so very honored that we were able to have our special day at this location!!"
