  • A comfortable stay

"We enjoyed our recent stay. The condo is comfortable and clean. The nights were quiet and beds comfortable. All of the housing in this area is a little older but well kept. The owners at times were quick to respond to texts or calls. Other times we received no response without repeat effort. Parking is easy. It is about 100 yards to the lift and to rent equipment. However unless you are a very advanced skier you have to plan your return. Under the lift is an ungroomed black run with moguls. The entire east side (Telluride side) of the mountain is essentially blue or black runs. For our youngest who is eight this meant taking the gondola back from the easier side of the mountain and riding the bus to the condo. I would not consider this a family "ski in/ski out" experience like we have had at other places. So four stars for age of the condo, occasionally difficult communication, and a difficult "ski in" end of day experience. Having said that I would stay there again despite its shortcomings."

  • Terrific vacation home!

"Our family really enjoyed staying at this cozy condo. The location and amenities were perfect. It offered privacy and the ability to walk out the door and grab a coffee. The kitchen was well stocked as if we were home and the furnishings were most comfortable. We would definitely stay again. And Kris (the owner) was always very responsive and helpful. This is a terrific place to stay for a family or anyone that's looking for a quiet retreat."

  • SIMPLY AMAZING MOUNTAIN RETREAT

"From the beautiful house situated on your own private 40 acres to the amazing, panoramic views, this was hands down the most wonderful experience my husband and I could possibly have shared on our 30 year anniversary adventure. Every morning we were blessed to awaken to a majestic sunrise and by day's end to an equally stunning sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the evening in the well appointed kitchen, grilling outside or walking the grounds while all the time being fully immersed in nature. The location was a great central point to venture out for day trips to Telluride, Mesa Verde and Silverton. Some days we simply hung at our temporary home and enjoyed the solitude and quiet and our family of deer that greeted us every morning. And thanks Cheryl for greeting us with cheese, fresh fruit, champagne and wine upon our arrival. We will be back!"
