  • Great location!

"Our stay in this condo was great from beginning to end. The property was beautiful and the location could not have been better. We were close enough to the Gondola to park our car and not get in it again for the duration of our trip. We enjoyed taking the gondola to the mountain top or over into the town of Telluride for dinner. SO relaxing! The condo has a lovely and well stocked kitchen. We loved making and enjoying a leisurely breakfast while sitting on the patio. We also enjoyed having dinner ready in the crock pot when we came back from a day long hike. It is a great little one bedroom condo in a great location. Deby, the owner is very pleasant to work with and always prompt in answering any questions. Can't wait to return!"

  • Great location!

"We stayed here for a week in January (3-10) and there were 5 of us. All of the beds were used (including the twin bed in the loft area) and they were all very comfortable. This property is more like a house with no adjoining walls, and is easily within walking distance to Mountain Village and both Gondolas. The garage has plenty of parking for 1 SUV and a second car just outside of the garage. We took our golden retriever, who was more than welcome to stay at the property, and he loved being able to play in the snow nearby. We were able to take advantage of the (2) free ski medallions and it was a HUGE savings! I discovered that skiing in Telluride isn't cheap compared to other CO ski resorts...a half day lift ticket was $93!! We used the Ski Butler and had our equipment delivered to the ski valet at The Peaks Resort (where the ski medallions are held). We had read another comment about how many steps it took to walk to the Peaks Ski Valet, and honestly, I'm glad we overlooked it as it was SO incredibly easy and convenient. You are able to leave your ski boots and equipment at the ski valet and walk over in your snow boots - no need to walk bath and forth in uncomfortable ski boots. It doesn't get much easier than that! The hot tub worked great and had jets that were more powerful than any other hot tub we've EVER been in! One of my favorite things was sitting on the deck off the family room, in the sunshine while drinking hot chocolate, and watching skiers come down at the end of the day. Amazing views!! There were a few maintenance items that came up while we stayed here, and Neal, the owner, was in constant contact and was prompt in coming by or scheduling a maintenance person to come by. The only downside for us...was having to carry our heavy suitcases, etc. up several flights of stairs in the snow the day of arrival (after an 18 hour drive). It would have been great if the garage was attached to the townhouse. Overall, it was a great week in a great property!"

  • Perfect location, amenities

"This townhome is amazing! There were four adults in our family that stayed here for a week. This is a true ski-in, ski-out location. I would highly recommend this place for it's location, amenities in the townhome, and enjoyable atmosphere. The place is very conveniently located right on the slope. In just a few steps we were skiing down to the chairlift, but yet it is tucked away so you can enjoy the tranquility of the mountains without noise and lights of the village. After a full day of skiing it was so nice to finish our run literally right next to the townhome. It was so simple to walk into the village for dinner or shopping or to take the gondola either into Telluride or to grab some groceries. There was plenty of space inside the townhome, but at the same time the layout gave us the feeling of being together. I loved all the windows that gave you such a beautiful view to look out at the slopes. There is a ski storage closet right outside the door, a bench on the front porch to remove ski boots, and plenty of storage space in the entryway to hang all of our gear. It made the whole experience very simple. The townhome has a comfortable warm feeling, whether I was cooking dinner in the kitchen, watching TV, or playing cards at the table. The bathrooms are very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was relaxing after skiing all day. We will definitely be back again!"

  • This is a great house in a great location!

"We brought a big group (18 people including 10 kids!) to Telluride for the Bluegrass Festival and this house provided us with everything we needed. It was great to have two master suites and the bunk room in the basement. The house is very comfortable and has a great layout for a large group with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and places to hang out. We enjoyed the amazing view from the great room and the nice kitchen, too. We chose the house because we wanted to be able to walk to the gondola and that worked out very well; it's nice to be close to the grocery store, too. Peter was great to work with and provided us with excellent service throughout the process. The home is clean and well maintained and we will happily stay there again."
