"My family had the extreme pleasure of spending two months in this lovely condo and could not have had a better experience! It was the perfect mountain retreat and lacked nothing in the way of comfort, convenience, ambience, amenities, and the location is the best in town (steps from the gondola!). From the huge, cozy fireplace, luxurious bedding, well-appointed kitchen, private hot tub, to the views of the mountainside and creek, everything about our stay was first-rate! Not to mention, the owners and property managers could not have been more thoughtful and kind. We give our highest recommendation without hesitation and can't wait to come back!"

"We had another wonderful stay at this condo. It is the perfect location for the lifts, gondola, ski school, ice skating or just waking around Mountain Village. The managers/owners of this property are so accommodating! Our family can't wait to go back again next year."

"Great location, views and layout. Ample-sized bedrooms provided great space for private retreat, while the common living area was an open, airy and inviting space for our boisterous group.
Owner is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!"

"My husband and I traveled from Tennessee to celebrate our 35th anniversary this past week in Placerville. This house is beautiful, peaceful, so well-maintained, offers views that are just amazing. The evenings were cool enough that we could enjoy the wood-burning stove. It is far off the beaten path (exactly what we wanted), but close enough to Telluride for restaurants, shopping, and such fun hiking. Cheryl leaves no detail unattended and is accessible. We both like the fact that it was off season--no crowds. Go to The Butcher & The Baker for fabulous coffee and food. This home is a great place to recalibrate. We walked the property and saw deer, elk and turkeys. Warning: there was quite a snow storm up on that mesa the last day of our stay--even in mid-May. Rent a 4 wheel drive no matter what. We had a car which we drove into a ditch in the snow, and Cheryl so graciously sent her two sons and son-in-law to tow us out! I have already recommended this property to two other couples. It is so much more than photos can show. Thank you Cheryl and sons for your kind hospitality."
