  • We hope to come back!

"My husband planned this entire trip from Florida to Colorado without a bit of input from me, and I could not have been happier! We renewed our vows for 20 years with a large event which I planned, so I told him that if we were traveling afterward it would be on him to arrange. Anita was wonderful!!! I cook, and my hubby knew that previous rental homes have been lacking in the kitchen compared to what I enjoy at home. Anita took pictures of all the drawer contents so my hubby could show me what I may or may not need to get once we landed in Colorado. It was like stepping into my own kitchen! The house itself was gorgeous, and I echo what others said about the pictures not doing it justice. Snow on the ground with more that fell. Close to everything you might need. We went snowmobiling in Telluride as well as tried skiing. Shopping there was fun, and the people were so friendly. Ridgeway had a market for anything we needed. We truly did not want to leave. The only thing which was even remotely an issue for us was that the internet was capped in usage by the satellite provider. For anyone who does have to be connected for work/family, which we do even while on vacation, this was problematic. But, thankfully, it didn't hinder our fun. We would HIGHLY recommend this property, and hope to come back some summer to see the mountains in another season."

  • Perfect Get A Way

"We really enjoyed our stay at 198079. The house was spotless and perfect for our family. It was so convenient to get to the Telluride Ski Resort & downtown by taking the Gondola . It was a pleasure to come home after skiing to such a warm and cozy home which was very spacious. The Master Bedroom was a delight and the steam shower in Master Bath was so nice after a day of skiing. The restaurants in the area were very outstanding. We can’t wait to come back and visit Telluride again. I would give this property an excellent rating…..Darlene, Ryan & Mike from Buffalo & Boulder"

  • Great place for a couple

"The place was very clean, check-in/check-out was hassle-free, and everything was pretty much exactly as advertised. This is a perfect place to stay in basically pay the price of a hotel room, but get the conveniences of a real apartment. The full size kitchen is awesome and a huge benefit in a town like Telluride where restaurant prices are generally pretty high. It's on the 2nd floor and there are large windows, so you get lots of natural light which is very nice. Parking and bike racks right outside. It's a studio so there isn't a lot of space, but it worked perfectly for me and my girlfriend. The loft is fine for sleeping(king size bed) and you won't bang your head when you wake up, but the ceiling is definitely too low to stand or get dressed up basically just climb up the ladder and crawl onto the bed...just something to consider if you have limited mobility. There's a little desktop rotating fan in the apartment that was nice to have on the warmer nights. There's a small old school tv and dvd player, although we didn't use them. Wifi connection was strong during our entire stay and worked great. The couch was alright to lay on and read, but it's really not the most comfortable/functional piece of furniture. Bathroom was normal sized and pretty standard, the only suggestion I would have is to maybe change the shower head to one that has a better spray. Telluride is so small and literally all of it is incredibly nice, so you really can't go wrong no matter where you stay, but the location of this place is perfect. It's in a residential part of town so it's quiet at night, but you are still right in town so you can walk a few blocks to all the shops/restaurants/gondola/hiking trailheads/park/river trail/etc. The shuttle is pretty unnecessary during summer, but there's a stop close by which is nice to have during winter. Finally, the owner Hildy is really, really nice and very easy to communicate with. Some VRBO landlords can be a gigantic pain in the ass before/during/after your stay, so this is a HUGE plus."

  • Perfect condo!

"We spent two weeks at this perfect condo in late July and early August. It was the ideal spot - perfect location, ideal layout, and comfortable in every way. It accommodated our group of six very well, with room to spare. The owners, Erika and Dan, were so helpful and attentive to every detail throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful condo, hopefully very soon."
