  • Private Paradise

"This condo is absolutely beautiful! A sunny corner apartment with breath-taking views of the mountains and river and all new appliances. It is located directly on the river trail and is within walking distance to the best bars, restaurants and hiking trails in Telluride. Moreover, Chair 7 is just a block away! The management team is super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. What a gem. Truly a private paradise!!!"

  • What a great place!

"We had a wonderful stay! ... The pictures didn't do condo nearly enough justice! The home decor is fun, interesting and unique. It is a lovely unit and had every amenity that I could think of-which I really appreciated in the kitchen!! Its also a spectacular location- great view from porch, close to the park and a block or so from many wonderful Telluride restaurants! We hope to continue to return to your unit even if/when our boys outgrow the tournament that brought us there!"

  • Awesome!!

"We just got back from Telluride and a stay at the Manatou Riverhouse. We had a fantastic time. The condo location was prefect. We walked everywhere and were able to hike out the front door. The views were spectacular. Very well appointed, clean, comfortable beds, more than enough space. The hottub was also a nice touch and we enjoyed it several nights after a long day. Teh block walk to the gondola was ideal. Easy drive to other towns in the area- Ridgeway, Ouray, Silverton - by way of Jeep on Ophir overpass. Fly fished - used Telluride Outfitters- also another great find. Dan - thanks you made things simple and easy from start to finish. Thanks - Ruth and Jim"

  • Gorgeous Home With Amazing Views!!

"Our family of seven stayed at this beautiful home for a week and it was fabulous! The views of the mountains are stunning and since the house is located off the beaten path, it is very private. The architecture of the house is beautiful and unique, especially the vines weaving their way up the staircase and along the balcony. All the bedrooms are spacious and everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with a Viking gas stove, quiet dishwasher, trash compactor and everything you could need to feed your family. The family room has ample seating around a huge fireplace with plenty of comfy pillows to relax on after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. The showers had plenty of water and the towels were fluffy and soft. There's a washer and dryer as well as full garage for your car (you'll need a 4-wheel drive if you are staying during the winter!). There are three bedrooms in the main house and a smaller, separate living quarters located over the garage which one can access through the garage or from an outside door. Don't plan on sitting in front of the TV while on vacation at this house, though, because there are only two small televisions available; one in a small, private den in the main house and another in the family room over the garage. But with wifi and all the other comforts of this house, who needs TV? The house is located about 15 minutes from Mountain Village where you can park and ski all day or catch a gondola directly into Telluride for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The skiing was fantastic, although the best slopes were the difficult blues and black diamond runs. We never had to wait in lift lines while we were there in February and the snow was plentiful. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing vacation."
