  • As Good As Advertised

"This is an excellent rental property -- good location, well designed and furnished space, and pleasant and responsive owners to work with. Five of us stayed there during the week of the 2014 bluegrass festival, and we all give the condo a very high rating. Kitchen is amazing (and well stocked), and the beds are comfortable. Some nice restaurants nearby (there, Siam), and close to good grocery and wine/beer stores. A wonderful place to stay in Telluride, with no downsides for us. A 15 minute walk by riverside path or by street to Town Park (or 5 minute ride by bus), where the bluegrass festival is held."

  • Atlanta couple 50th wedding anniversary month.

"y wife, myself, brother in law and his wife stayed in this amazing home for four nights in August 2014. First, Bill the property manager was great and attentive to our every need including tips on restaurants, activities, etc. Secondly, the home was perfect in every way for our group. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed except our food, drinks, etc. The location was perfect; 10 minutes from downtown Telluride, and 3 minutes from the Village. We will definitely be back next year we hope."

  • Just right...

"We manage over 120 rental properties and are picky when it comes to where we stay...Our family has visited Telluride on multiple occasions and have stayed in a wide variety of lodging (tents, hotels, condos, Mt Village, in town, etc)........the condo is a perfect balance for price & value....Cathy (owner) was helpful with all of our questions....we have stayed at her unit twice...once with 2 kids and two adults and once with two adults....it much more comfortable than a hotel room at a better price....I almost did not want to write a good review because of the fear of not being able to find a vacancy in the future!!!"

  • A comfortable stay

"We enjoyed our recent stay. The condo is comfortable and clean. The nights were quiet and beds comfortable. All of the housing in this area is a little older but well kept. The owners at times were quick to respond to texts or calls. Other times we received no response without repeat effort. Parking is easy. It is about 100 yards to the lift and to rent equipment. However unless you are a very advanced skier you have to plan your return. Under the lift is an ungroomed black run with moguls. The entire east side (Telluride side) of the mountain is essentially blue or black runs. For our youngest who is eight this meant taking the gondola back from the easier side of the mountain and riding the bus to the condo. I would not consider this a family "ski in/ski out" experience like we have had at other places. So four stars for age of the condo, occasionally difficult communication, and a difficult "ski in" end of day experience. Having said that I would stay there again despite its shortcomings."

Telluride provides fun and adventure for vacationers all year. The winter months bring world-class skiing while summer time brings hiking, fishing, and an array of outdoor adventures. Hit the Slopes

One of the biggest attractions in Telluride is the Telluride ski resort. Skiing enthusiasts come from great distances just to ski the slopes near Telluride. The Telluride ski resort features over 2,000 acres of skiing areas, which is plenty to fill a vacation. Skiing enthusiasts prefer staying at the Telluride resort rentals because the rentals have plenty of room to store their skis and gear.

Summer Excitement

The fun doesn't stop in Telluride after the snow melts. Summertime transforms this mountainous escape into a hiking, biking, and fishing haven. An abundance of hiking and biking trails are located near many of the Telluride vacation rentals so bring along your hiking shoes or mountain bike. If you are a novice hiker, begin with an easier trail such as the short See Forever Trail. Many longer trails such as the 14 mile Sneffels Highline or 5 mile Bilk Creek Basin can also be hiked if you are feeling more adventurous. If you aren't the hiking or biking type, try your hand at fly fishing. This unique form of fishing is a relaxing way to spend a day. Book a fly fishing excursion with a local company such as Boot Doctors or Black Canyon Anglers. Keep in mind that you must have a fishing license to partake in fly fishing.
