  • Bright, clean, spacious... just perfect.

"Amazing unit in the heart of Telluride. The location couldn't be any better. One block to the Gondola (takes you to Mountain Village) and one block to the main street in town where the best restaurants and shops are situated. Hiking trails a block away, too. The house itself is clean, bright, and beautifully remodeled. I wish I lived there! The owners are great, and were very accommodating. I can't wait to return."

  • Incredible Winter Stay

"My now wife and I decided on this house for our small wedding this past winter, going on faith the photographs, description, and house manager's comments were all accurate. Upon arrival, we were delighted the house exceeded our expectations! The rooms were all very well furnished, the reclaimed wood was gorgeous, the kitchen was fit for a chef, and the location was unbeatable. The window in the main room with a straight shot view of the valley, waterfall (frozen), and mountain ridges were the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and for the rest our stay. The house was very comfortable in all aspects, making it a perfect setting, far enough away to feel secluded, but close enough for a brisk walk to town, even in the snow. Additionally, the house manager was very attentive and a pleasure to interact with, making the details of getting in and out very easy. I highly recommend this home for all, we will be back!"

  • As Good As Advertised

"This is an excellent rental property -- good location, well designed and furnished space, and pleasant and responsive owners to work with. Five of us stayed there during the week of the 2014 bluegrass festival, and we all give the condo a very high rating. Kitchen is amazing (and well stocked), and the beds are comfortable. Some nice restaurants nearby (there, Siam), and close to good grocery and wine/beer stores. A wonderful place to stay in Telluride, with no downsides for us. A 15 minute walk by riverside path or by street to Town Park (or 5 minute ride by bus), where the bluegrass festival is held."

  • Great Location - Beautiful Home!

"You hear so often that pictures don't do a property justice and we would agree completely with this beautiful home. Walking in at ground level you have easy access to three bedrooms, two of which have steam showers (which I used daily!). From this level you go down a flight of stairs to the game room/entertainment area and the fourth bedroom which had double bunk beds. The big screen TV was so nice, I didn't mind being stuck in the house by an afternoon thunderstorm, watching the final round of the Britsh Open! A washer dryer is located on this level which was sure nice to have access to. Take the stairs up from the first level and you find a wonderful open living space with the kitchen/dining room to the left and the livng room to the right. This upper level has wonderful light pine hardwood floors and large windows that let in the mountain air. The kitchen has a great gas stove and oven with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. We used the outdoor grill, located on the balcony, to cook meals 4 of the 6 nights we were there. It was a treat to enjoy a drink outside (taking in the views of the mountains) while cooking. The hot tub is located on the same level as the 3 bedrooms with wonderful fluffy towels supplied by the owner (one warning...this tub is sized more for couples than groups). A grocery store is located 3 blocks east on the same street...while a liquor store is located 1 block west! Access to the Gondola and Mountain Village is literally a 4 minute walk. We enjoyed the easy walk down Colorado Ave to the restaurants and shops of Telluride. The owner of this lovely home was very easy to deal with and the property was immaculate upon our arrival. The property also has a bedroom over the garage which we did not include in the rental but could be included if more space is needed. I couldn't reccomend this home more highly and wish we could have stayed LONGER!"
