  • can't beat the location!!

"i spent spring break in this house with my 3 sons (ages 8, 12 and 15) and my husband! came to ski telluride…but we really enjoy staying in town. we couldn't have chosen better as far as location! this house is SO CLOSE to the gondola that takes you up to mountain village, it's ridiculous...literally less than a block! an easy walk even in ski boots hauling skis/poles/etc. no one complained and mom and dad never had to help carry a thing! also great location for heading up to main street and the surrounding area for dinner or shopping…not more than a 5 minute walk anywhere we went. the place itself is nice too…nice, comfy beds…well stocked kitchen. if i had to find anything "wrong" with it, i'd say there are a LOT of stairs…which were tough on legs tired from skiing. ;) the showers are a little small and tight…the living room area is not very large…and there aren't any TVs in the "kid rooms" downstairs…but everything was still plenty accommodating for our family. very nice washer and dryer that we used often as well. and the property manager was SO NICE…very patient when we had some trouble with our deposit going to the wrong place…went out of her way to find it and make sure we were all set. overall, a great rental experience at a great price…i recommend!"

  • Great vacation

"Fantastic location in walking distance to the gondola (even in ski boots via the back alley), in downtown core. We parked once we got there and never got back in our car until we left. The view was great. The unit was a good size for four adults, kitchen well stocked and even had a video library. A bit dated but not too much that you would really mind. Its close to the park so I'm sure you can hear music festivals from the balcony in the summer. I would return here for sure!"

  • Perfect House Perfect Location!

"This house was great! it is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It had a wonderful back yard with a hot tub. We could walk anywhere in downtown. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Tom was most helpful and responded quickly to our questions."

  • You won't be disappointed

"Absolutely beautiful log home that is very well equipped. We arrived as the sun was setting, which was just spectacular, as are the sunrises reflecting on the mountains - beautiful! The 2 story stacked stone fireplace has one of the largest interior fireboxes I have seen (reminds me of the fireplaces in hotel lobbies), which makes for some gorgeous fires with the ample firewood that was there for our stay. There are children's games in the downstairs twin bedroom, novels throughout the home, etc. Kitchen is also very well equipped, with a slow cooker, coffee grinder, coffee filters, teapot, food processor, and plenty of silverware so you're not constantly having to run the dishwasher. We sat on the outside chairs late afternoon and it was just perfect in the sun. Plenty of space on the property for the kids to play in the snow. We enjoyed most of our breakfast/dinners at the house, with lunches out - had a very memorable lunch out at the Black Iron Kitchen and Bar in the Madeline Hotel - the fire tables were a fun novelty and also functioned well to keep you warm! One tip on logistics - we parked at the Station Village Gondola terminal parking each day for $7 and were able to ski literally from the garage, which was super convenient. You are also able to take the gondola to the main plaza area right from the garage, should you need to access services such as ski school or the ticket office. The entrance to ski ranches is maybe a 1/2 mile from the entrance to Mountain Village, so most of the 10 minute drive is just getting out of the development and then getting into Mountain Village - we never encountered any traffic or delay. Lastly, Giovanni and Monica are a great team to make sure that you have a wonderful stay - very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend :)!"
