  • great all around

"this place is great! It's caddy corner the open field on the west end of town and it's a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with everything you need nearby. 1 block from the grocery store, 2 blocks from the ski lift and river trail, walking distance to downtown, families all around. I stay here every time I visit Telluride, it's not too fancy yet comfortable and accommodating."

  • Our stay in Bachman Village 26

"The house was everything expected. The furnishings were appealing and in excellent condition. The dining/living area was amenable to large family dinners. The hot tub was sublime. And everything was in working order. Lattitude 38 provided excellent service as well. I'd recommend this property."

  • Fantastic property!

"Stayed at this condo for four nights while skiing in Telluride. It exceeded all expectations. No car or shuttle is required to get to the slopes. It is an easy three-minute walk to the Gondola or Lift 8. When done for the day you can ski the Telluride Trail (a blue) back to the condo area. Main street is also a quick walk. The property is on the first floor so it would also be great for older guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils which saved us some money as we made breakfast and lunch in the condo. Also, the steam shower is great after a day on the slopes! I don't often visit the same resort twice but if I ever get back to Telluride I will certainly book this place. Anita, the property manager, was also great. She was very helpful and quick to return emails. Ohh, and the price can't be beat!"

  • Wonderful house for a family reunion in stunning Telluride

"My family of 8 all stayed in this lovely home during the telluride jazz festival. It was perfect - there was plenty of space, we loved the number of bathrooms, and there were lots of welcoming touches. We especially appreciated how well-stocked it was with all of the amenities. My father has some difficulty walking, and this home was perfectly located near downtown. We would come stay here again in a heartbeat!!"

Summer Excitement

The fun doesn't stop in Telluride after the snow melts. Summertime transforms this mountainous escape into a hiking, biking, and fishing haven.
