  • Telluride splendor

"This is a beautiful, comfortable well appointed home that I'm looking forward to returning to next year! The location is the best in town, and it is perfect for a family vacation. What could be better than to be in Telluride with all of the summer activities and the extraordinary setting."

  • Best place and great value

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The managers of this condo, Mindy and Tom couldn't be more helpful. Have any problem they are right next door. This condo has a warm sunny window seat looking out on the mountain. You can walk everywhere and don't need a car. Very near Coonskin lift, groceries and gondola by River Walk. Definitely recommend. Walk to restaurants or take the gondola for more."

  • Telluride paradise

"There are pleasant surprises in life, and there are those times when something just exceeds your expectations. This place is one. The pictures are terrific but the "real thing" is even better. We are a family of 5, 3 adult kids. This will be a family vacation memory for a lifetime. Getting to the place reminded me a a Robert Frost poem. A gorgeous setting with breathtaking views of the San Juan portion of the Rockies. And then we walked inside. The "oh my goshes" started and the cell phone camera's came out. The owners built a spectacular home with great attention to materials and detail. An commercial sized kitchen with the latest and best in appliances, which is adjacent to a great room with high, vaulted ceilings and rock fireplace. It's apparent that the owners built the house for themselves as every room is unique and detailed. As special as it is, it is a very warm and comfortable home. All of the amenities are there. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, the bathrooms have everything including top shelf towels and hand towels, wood for the fireplace, all kitchen ware, etc. The house is a short drive to both The Mountain Village and the town of Telluride. The skiing and snowboarding are fantastic, and we've been many places, and the villages have great restaurants, shops and hotels. We have taken a family vacation for the last 22+ years, and this is now at the top of our list. Our highest recommendation."

  • You won't be disappointed

"Absolutely beautiful log home that is very well equipped. We arrived as the sun was setting, which was just spectacular, as are the sunrises reflecting on the mountains - beautiful! The 2 story stacked stone fireplace has one of the largest interior fireboxes I have seen (reminds me of the fireplaces in hotel lobbies), which makes for some gorgeous fires with the ample firewood that was there for our stay. There are children's games in the downstairs twin bedroom, novels throughout the home, etc. Kitchen is also very well equipped, with a slow cooker, coffee grinder, coffee filters, teapot, food processor, and plenty of silverware so you're not constantly having to run the dishwasher. We sat on the outside chairs late afternoon and it was just perfect in the sun. Plenty of space on the property for the kids to play in the snow. We enjoyed most of our breakfast/dinners at the house, with lunches out - had a very memorable lunch out at the Black Iron Kitchen and Bar in the Madeline Hotel - the fire tables were a fun novelty and also functioned well to keep you warm! One tip on logistics - we parked at the Station Village Gondola terminal parking each day for $7 and were able to ski literally from the garage, which was super convenient. You are also able to take the gondola to the main plaza area right from the garage, should you need to access services such as ski school or the ticket office. The entrance to ski ranches is maybe a 1/2 mile from the entrance to Mountain Village, so most of the 10 minute drive is just getting out of the development and then getting into Mountain Village - we never encountered any traffic or delay. Lastly, Giovanni and Monica are a great team to make sure that you have a wonderful stay - very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend :)!"
