  • Perfect venue for me & the kids

"I spent a long weekend with my kids at this location and had a wonderful time. All of Telluride is within walking distance and easily accessible. The condo is neat and clean and well situated. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub and the camaraderie of the other guests at the facility. And the Jam Band elements of the unit add to the aura!"

  • Your Telluride home away from home

"My partner and I have traveled quite extensively to some very beautiful places. When planning any vacation, where we lay our head down at night is of sheer importance regardless of the picturesque scenery. With that, I am quite fanatical when it comes to booking our lodging. Proximity to the hot spots in town, vicinity of beach/snow/mountain trails—depending on our location, spaciousness of the rental property itself, modern amenities, and a place that exudes a sense of relaxation where we can literally sit back and kick up our feet. This condo fit our requirements to a tee. Ideally situated, it is within short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants within Telluride. Even better, it’s roughly a 2 minute walk to Clark’s (the nearby grocer) and 5 minutes to the nearest wine store, which, I might add, you will inevitably run out of regardless of how much you pack, since it’s virtually impossible to stay here and not sit out on the deck at sunset with a glass of Merlot and watch the last of the skiers brave the Coonskin run. The condo, itself, was very clean and spacious. There were 4 adults and 2 kids (15 months and a 2 year-old). We had more than enough room with plenty to spare. The Viking appliances speak for themselves, and the bedrooms had ample clothing storage, comfortable beds and very modern bathroom features. The kitchen setup is ideal for entertaining while still being able to keep the little ones occupied in the living area. The décor was original and apropos for Telluride, and we appreciated the owners sharing a bit of the meaning and history left in the welcome binder. Armed with snowboards, boots, strollers, helmets, goggles, sled, and strollers, the condo is ideally set up to park your gear at the base of the downstairs door and store your shoes and jacket all in one convenient spot. Terri was very responsive in her emails, and more than helpful with a few questions and requests. As much as we enjoyed our mornings and afternoons reveling in the natural landscape of this gorgeous town, there was an equal comfort in knowing we had a diamond-in-the-rough place to come home to, which truly allowed us to relax, enjoy and savor all that Telluride and Mountain Village had to offer. If you’re vacillating between places to stay (as I was), trust me, this is where you want to stay. You won’t be disappointed!"

  • Sunny conveniently located condo. Perfect for teenagers.

"A lovely well-maintained property in a great location. Just park your car and walk for the rest of your stay. The open kitchen/dining and living areas are great for relaxing and enjoying time together. Huge floor to ceiling windows with great views. Two main bedrooms had windows on each side for great air flow and light. Teenagers will love the loft and separate loft living area."

  • Love this condo!

"My family of 4 has stayed here for the past 2 years for our Spring Break. We have skied in Telluride for 7 years and have stayed at many places until we found this condo. The location is the best in Mountain Village! Easy to get out on the slopes and a great small hill for the kids to sled after the slopes shut down. We have only been during the winter but we are hoping to get back during the summer. The owners are so helpful and we were able to meet them this year! We will be back very soon!"
