  • Perfect House Perfect Location!

"This house was great! it is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It had a wonderful back yard with a hot tub. We could walk anywhere in downtown. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Tom was most helpful and responded quickly to our questions."

  • The Perfect Durango Escape

"We just returned to San Diego after spending five nights at this beautiful town home with our three adult children. This is quite a find in Durango! Do not hesitate to rent this home. It is a spacious new town home with beautiful Craftsman details. It has a nice view of the Animas River and you see the historic train go by your back patio on its runs to Silverton and back a few times per day. (8:30-9am and 5-6 pm only; a real treat and never disturbed our sleep!). It is in a very quiet and peaceful area along the river with deer sightings too. I am surprised that this is the first review as it is such a great property. We had five families renting various places in Durango for a wedding and this was by far the best. It has great air conditioning for the summer which is a must. It is in a very convenient location too, about 2 miles from the center of downtown Durango. It is one of the best equipped rental homes that we have ever seen. The kitchen is wonderful and has everything imaginable for cooking. There is also a nice weber gas grill on the patio. We had a fabulous time here. Highly recommend!"
