  • Colorado Jewel!

"Imagine yourself stepping into a post card perfect world. Lake San Cristobal. We have traveled Colorado extensively, loving every minute of our travels, but have especially enjoyed this unexpected treasure, Lake City. The area is beautiful, unspoiled. The citizens are friendly and welcoming. It is an "old-fashioned" life-style with every modern comfort you could want (cell service, cable, restaurants, shops, library, internet cafe) The true wonder of the place though is Mother Nature. Wow! She has out-done herself here with the aspen groves, wildflowers, five 14ner's, waterfalls, primevil forests, crystal-clear streams, rocks/cliffs.... This townhome on the lake is a perfect 10 for views, simple elegance, peace and comfort-- not to mention a fully equipped kitchen, 2 ensuite bedrooms, a large deck overlooking the lake. We love the home's "rustic-elegant-western" design, and its location right on the water---literally. It is comfortable, clean, beautiful, and like everything else in Lake City, a jewel. We have come to enjoy this townhome in every season. There is an endless supply of activities like hiking, four-wheeling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, mountain climbing, birding, fishing, ice climbing, boating---pick your activity or just sit there soaking in the beauty. Oh wait! Thinking about it, maybe you shouldn't come here---I'd like to keep it all for myself!"

  • Excellent Property!

"The photos and description of the property were right on target. Clean, spacious and comfortable are just a few of the adjectives to describe this great property. The convenience of the shuttle stop at the end of the driveway was icing on the cake. Will book this property next time at Mt. Crested Butte. Paige was most helpful and easy to contact."

  • Patty Needs Help Cleaning the Garage

"Well, what everyone else said. We agree. Besides the beautiful flowers and the colorful birds, the hostess, Ms Patty is the bomb, as is her baking. It was hard to leave."

  • Cascade Village Condo Vacation

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was absolutely perfect and Keith was so helpful in getting us in. If you have kids keep in mind the game room closes at 5:00pm but other than that it went well beyond our expectations. We can't wait to return in the winter!"
