  • Convenient In-Town Location

"The home was clean, comfortable and as advertised. No views of surrounding area, but the location across the street from the Town Rec Center and convenient to all of the Town of Gunnison. Well stocked with basics and the owner was great to work with."

  • Excellent Home for Group Ski Vacation

"This house was perfect for a group of 17, 8 adults and 9 children. We were able to accommodate all the adults in the main house (4 bedrooms), and the children between the garage loft and guest house. The house is well equipped, great kitchen, and good size bedrooms for everyone. The views from the house are fantastic. The road from town to the house was never a problem even thought it snowed every day. The county does a great job to keep it safe, and we traveled it often a night to eat at our favorite restaurant, Elk Ave. Prime. Best steakhouse in town. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts appetizer. I would recommend this house to any large family or friends for a great winter or summer vacation. Definitely plan on booking this house next time we are in Crested Butte."

  • Durango

"This is a great little condo with an excellent location. So close to the slopes you really couldn't improve. The living room furniture was great and the kitchen was nicely outfitted. And of course having a washer dryer in the condo was great. The only thing I found weird were the bathrooms, it is a little strange to have a toilet without a sink to wash your hands. Being in the onfection prevention side of healthcare this gave me the heeby jibbies. Thanks we had a great time and really enjoyed our visit to Durango Mountain."

  • Spring Break Family Trip

"The condo is conveniently located right at the base of Purgatory. It's a short walk to the base and lifts. Earlier in the season, you could probably ski on snow covered roads to get in and out of the condo but it was an easy walk this time of year. The weather was gorgeous. The condo is nicely maintained but some parts of it are a little dated and, with only two bathrooms, it got a little congested in the morning and right before bed which is why I'm only giving it four stars. However, the living areas were spacious and comfortable. The pool wasn't open during our stay but we got complimentary passes to Trimble Hot Springs instead which was great. Overall, it's a great location and value for the money."
