  • excellent owner nice place

"Well-stocked, wonderfully decorated condo that met all our needs as a family of 3. Rich's response to our minor issue was quick and excellent - somebody had swiped the propane tank from the grill, and Rich was able to have the tank replaced in a matter of hours!!! Expect the usual spices and supplies in the kitchen, then expect much more! The kitchen in this condo has more stuff than the one in our actual house. The condo is incredibly suitable for a small family like ours, and we enjoyed it immensely. Clean! Awesome TV for super bowl weekend. FYI - UPS delivers to the door. Internet is DSL. Sleds provided. Location is convenient to slopes, shops and resort amenities. Awesome and easy transaction, would highly recommend."

  • Fantastic house and location

"We recently stayed at this beautiful home and the descriptions and great reviews were spot on. We had 8 adults and 3 young children and there were more than enough beds and plenty of room in the 3 living areas. The kitchen is huge and was great for making all our of our meals. The location of this home and views from the deck may be thes best part of this great vacation home. Located only 5 or so minutes from downtown Pagosa the 3 acre lot makes the views incredible. The hot tub is a bonus as is the large driveway with plenty of parking for vehicles and all of our 4 wheelers. I would highly recommend this vacation rentan to anyone!"

  • Oasis in the hills

"Two families stayed here with kids ages 10 to 14. The bunk room was a perfect hangout (ping pong was a big hit with the Dads as well)! They kids loved visiting Teddy's fort too. Spacious and comfortable, this was an ideal place for all of us. The teens had their own rooms although they stayed in the bunk room with the other 2 on some nights. The big kids (parents) enjoyed the peace and quiet of the evenings nestled in the forest. The new hammock we had brought along was perfect! Everything at the property was well maintained, super clean with plenty of extra sheets and towels. Great to be in Durango in the summer for a change, with plenty to do. A perfect place to hang out and relax (or be active)!"

  • Fabulous home with an exceptional host!

"Absolutely stunning home at Mt. Crested Butte! We had 4 couples staying at 30 Summit for long ski weekend. The home was gorgeous, ski in/ski out, spacious, comfortable for 8 adults, truly a luxury! The owner/property manager, Craig was absolutely fantastic – from giving advice on where to go for groceries on the way into town, to local recommendations and suggestions (fabulous and extremely helpful). If you have questions about the area, Craig is the man to ask. We would definitely recommend this spectacular home any time of year. We look forward to coming back during the summer months for some fishing, of course some guidance from Craig. :)"
