  • Bluegrass Festival

"Very nice condo and experience! It backs to some green ski runs that convert to a golf course in the summertime. It has two good balconies, plenty of room, a garage, and nice neighbors. The only downside was that the chondola doesn't run in the summer so we had to hike up the hill (about 15 min) to get to the gondola to town."

  • Charming and well maintained

"Stayed here for four nights with our family (2 adults and 2 kids [ages 10 and 12]) on a summer getaway. It was just a wonderful place. Located a few minutes from the ski resort (Durango Mountain) and 25 minutes from town. The cabin was well appointed with all the necessary linens, furniture, pots & pans, and entertainment options to make your stay easy and comfortable. Also, there is a full sized washer and dryer. Definitely reduced the amount of clothing we had to pack. Dealing with the owners was very easy. Everything handled via email and regular mail. Enjoy!"

  • Great Value and Conveniently Located!

"We loved our stay in this condo. It is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has the necessary tools to cook what you want, and the ice maker in the fridge came in very handy to fill our cooler each day. The couches are very comfortable and soft after a long day 4 wheeling and/or hiking, so that was nice, as was the cable TV and included wi-fi. The condo is located very conveniently in Ridgway and was perfect as our base of operations for this trip! We arrived in Ridgway on a HOT day - It was 85 degrees outside - and the thermostat said 87 degrees inside. The listing does not mention air conditioning, and I assumed that it was included in this otherwise modern and lovely condo. It turned out NOT to have A/C. We were able to keep it a little cooler by opening the windows and sliding door and using the ceiling fans, but you may want to keep that in mind when booking. Overall, it was a very nice unit, and an excellent value. We will book here again!"

  • Crested Butte at it's best

"Absolutely a wonderful experience. The process of working with Michael to the condition of the home were great. The home was perfect for our entire family. Yes we got to keep the master bedroom for ourselves but no complaints from anyone. We had ages from 3 1/2 to 67. The kitchen is set up for active use and mingling. You can eat in the kitchen or the dining room table. All very easy. The hot tub was used almost every night along with the fire pit overlooking the mountains and town. We sure didn't watch much TV and we just enjoyed having the family together, playing pool, walking the mountain side, stroll and rides to town. There is so much to do in town from the shops, food, beverages, chair lift to the top and the River Rafting. We did do our major shopping in near by Gunnison on the way from Denver. House instructions were all laid out nicely to follow and extremely user friendly. Because we were there for a family wedding we were involved with lots of prearranged functions but I wish we had stayed longer and definately would come back to Crested Butte. There is so much more to do in Crested Butte and we look forward to coming back."
