  • Perfect condo!

"We spent two weeks at this perfect condo in late July and early August. It was the ideal spot - perfect location, ideal layout, and comfortable in every way. It accommodated our group of six very well, with room to spare. The owners, Erika and Dan, were so helpful and attentive to every detail throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful condo, hopefully very soon."

  • Great in town location

"We have stayed in Telluride many times in different places. Every place is different and has different amenities. This in towwn location was very close to several restaurants including There and Siam, two of the best in town. It is in walking distance to downtown and the gondola to Mountain Village. We could see the ski lift just a block away so if it were in ski season we could literally walk to the lift! the rooms were clean and homey and we felt very much connected with the local lifestyle. This is not a hotel, it is like a home away from home."

  • Perfect condo in every way

"Our family of five stayed for four nights. Bill was so responsive prior to booking the condo and equally responsive while in Durango, as needed. The condo is beautiful and the views from both bedrooms and the living room are mountains; coming from the east, the view was very important to us. One of our teens slept on the pull-out blow up sofa mattress and seemed very comfortable; the other two teens shared the twin bedroom. The master suite in total is very spacious. The condo came equipped with everything needed to cook; most condos at most come with salt and pepper. This one was stocked with all basic cooking ingredients (spices, condiments, oils, etc) so if you choose to cook, you need only purchase the food. And the pantry did have some food items as well, and we left some unopened items for future guests. The washer and dryer worked well. It was delightful, comfortable, a great location to everything at DMR, and a pleasure to work with Bill. Our five family members would all say the same thing -- stay here!!"

  • Beautiful home -family of four loved it and location to areas National Parks.

"Mesa Verde cliff dwellings was our primary focus when searching for a house. Location was good but the house and offerings were the icing on the cake. Hot tub after hiking was fantastic. Very clean and modern. Two bedrooms and an extra HIGH QUALITY self inflating/deflating mattress was great with teenage kids. Patios and tables galore.. more than we could use in a few days. Separate observation deck for night sky viewing was nice. Many restaurants and grocery in town nearby. Many good destinations close by for day tripping and using as a base camp for a week."
