  • Great Time - Great Place to Stay

"This was a great place to stay! The condo was well stocked with all the basics which saved us money! It was also a huge bonus to have a washer and dryer in the condo. We loved the view from the master bedroom and the west facing patio makes for a scenic sunset. The wood burning fireplace was a bonus! The bus takes you and picks you up right in front of the driveway. We hope to stay here again when we visit CB next!"

  • Beautiful Setting and Charming Cabin

"We spent a week at the cabin over New Years. It was a great fit for our family of three. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house which worked well for us with an 11 year old. Stairs to second bedroom are steep so I would not recommend that room for a person that has trouble with stairs. The living room is in the old historic part of the house and had such a wonderful feel. Old logs but with a cozy gas stove. Kitchen was gorgeous. I really enjoyed cooking on the 6 burner Viking stove. The cabin felt larger than I expected. We watched the New Year's eve torch parade and fireworks from the drive. We also sledded on the hill just above the house. Thanks for the sleds in the garage!! We loved the location. It felt remote and yet was just across from the ski area and just up the hill from town. Two miles down the road is the Washington Gulch trailhead and you can do a wonderful snowshoe or backcountry ski--with dogs! We thought the backcountry and Nordic skiing in CB was top notch. In fact, I think the Nordic trails are the best we have ever skied. This is a very special cabin on an amazing piece of property in the heart of it all."

  • Amazing place!

"We had so much fun at this place and it was really close to hiking Wetterhorn and Uncompahgre so it was convenient. We made a fire by the river out back, we lounged in the living area, and really enjoyed the deck and the kitchen. Beautiful home! The one compliant we did have was the two bedrooms upstairs don't have walls that go up to the ceiling so if it's three couples, two couples are almost sharing a room...the other downside is the mattress on one of those bed really needs replacing. But we all had a blast and enjoyed the rest of the house!"

  • Awesome Spring Break!

"The home is as advertised! Great ski in / out location and well appointed. We had kids ranging from elementary to high school and they all enjoyed the easy access to the slopes. We enjoyed many meals at the house as the kitchen and living areas are a perfect gathering spot. When needed, the home provides seclusion for rest and recovery. We'd love to return in the future."
