  • A spectacular home with breathtaking views!!!

"This home was far and away the most perfect place for our Colorado get away. The house is situated exquisitely to take in all of majestic Sneffles and the rest of the mountains in the Sneffles part of the range (which in my opinion, is one of the most gorgeous ranges in the country!). The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, well appointed, and had everything we could have needed. The beds were especially comfortable after a long day of hiking and and we awoke one morning to views of the range and a herd of elk grazing in the meadow. Magical!! My camera is probably still warm from all the amazing photos I took at dawn, dusk and just about every moment we were at this lovely home. Words truly cannot describe the beauty of the environment, and the loveliness of this home! If you come to hike, be sure to check out the Blue Lakes trail. We only went as far as the lower blue lakes, but we've never been on a more beautiful hike (and this is saying something!) Bountiful, colorful wildflowers at every turn...turquoise blue lakes....amazing get the idea!! Heaven! We enjoyed a nice dinner in town one night, but honestly, the home was so comfortable, we also enjoyed just renting a movie and having a quiet dinner at the house. It was perfect! The house is well situated to make a quick trip to nearby Ouray or into Telluride, if you desire, as well. Michael was incredibly responsive and he took the time to talk me through everything I would need to know upon our arrival. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat. We are already looking forward to and planning our next trip, and without a doubt, I'll be renting this amazing home again! Thanks, Michael, for your gracious help, for sharing your lovely home, and for providing the venue for memories that will truly last a lifetime!!!"

  • Perfect for Family Gathering

"We rented this house for a family gathering. It was perfect. There were no bad bedrooms - each was like a master suite. Many houses this big lack character or are not well built. This one is top of the line in every way. Worth the splurge! Beautiful views, privacy, and easy access in and out of Durango. We had no complaints whatsoever."

  • Clean, warm and inviting

"My family( 3 adults, 1 toddler, 1 baby) recently traveled to Crested Butte and had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful place. There are so many great things- the view of Red Lady mountain, the proximity to three great parks and downtown, wonderful neighbors, quiet location, clean and comfortable accomodations, large grill, huge kitchen with all the appliances you could hope for etc... We come to Crested Butte every year and this has been our favorite spot so far!"
