  • Perfect!

"This home was perfect for our Durango vacation. Clean, nicely appointed, well stocked and well cared for. We felt very much at home. I got to meet and chat with the owners for a bit and they are very friendly and nice! If we come to Durango again I would love to stay here again! Thanks for offering up your home! Pam"

  • Best rental I have had in Colorado

"My family and parents who came from Ohio went to Pagosa Springs for a relaxing vacation. The house rental was perfect for our needs, plenty of space, very organized with notes regarding the quirks of the house. They let us use the garage and had a garage opener there to use in our vehicle. The rental is right between the downtown area where the hot springs are located and the new developed area where the grocery store and many restaurants are located. It only took 5-8 minutes to drive to either part of town. Also there is great hiking and disc golf very closed to the rental property. The property is two levels and the living space is on the second floor which is not ideal for guest with trouble climbing stairs, but this did not effect us at all. Overall this was an easy great experience. Jared A."

  • Fantastic Fishing

"This property was on the corner of the building and had a fantastic view of the northern and eastern mountain ranges. The deck was extremely large with many chairs and we used the gas grill for many of our meals. The upstairs kitchen, living room and dinning room were very spacious and comfortable. We walked to the village many times and rode the chair lifts. We had a large group and with four bedrooms it was perfect. We would definitely come back!"

  • Beautiful Lake House Retreat

"Our family stayed at this incredible home on Lake Purgatory during mid October. The leaves in the area were absolutely ablaze with color, and the view of the lake and the fall colors from the huge windows that run the length of the house was unforgettable. The home was very spacious and comfortable. It had a huge kitchen, bar and eating area. It was equipped with everything we needed to do some serious cooking, and it was a treat to work in because of the great view. The living room had a huge river rock fireplace that also could be enjoyed from the dining area. It was a truly a gathering place. The boys both wanted to sleep in the loft, which was super fun and shared the view of the lake. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. It was so beautiful to be out on the deck in the hot tub, right on the lake. The use of the boats and fishing equipment really put this trip over the top for us too. We enjoyed getting out on the water in both the paddle boats and row boats. We fished from the boats and explored the length of Lake Purgatory. We even caught some really big brook trout. What an experience! We all agreed that we'd never had a more fun and relaxing getaway. It was private, quiet, and incredibly special. We can't wait to stay here again."
