  • great property/excellent location

"My family spent the month of march in Telluride and this was the ideal home. If you are familiar with Mountain Village the location is amazing. It is just outside and a two minute walk across the street to gondola, restaurants etc. We only used our car to go to the airport. The view from this home is indescribable.....unobstructed mountain peaks everywhere. Ski access is perfect right down the meadows run to two lifts. The bedrooms are on different floors so everyone had privacy. The kitchen was well equipped. Above all the owners are in contact and quick to respond to questions. This is the perfect mountain village location and comfortable home.......don't hesitate!"

  • Telluride Condo

"This is an excellent property. The location is perfect -- an easy/short walk to lift 7 and only about 15 minutes to the main gondola. In addition it is a 5 minute walk the to the grocery store (most of the walk is in inside), and less than 10 minutes to the liquor store and one of the best restaurants in Telluride. The condo itself is stylish & modern, has a great view and is very well equipped. The property easily accommodated our 5 travelers. I would highly recommend it!"

  • Great Time!

"We had an incredible stay at the "Summit" The home was luxurious and spacious. Plenty of room for a large group. 200 foot walk and we were clicking into our skis! The property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great!. We will be back!"

  • Perfect Place to Enjoy the Mountains!

"We loved our stay at the cabin. It is 20 miles outside of downtown Durango and at first I was concerned by the distance but once we arrived and I realized how quiet it was and that we were truly "in the mountains" I knew this was the perfect place for our family. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and there was the perfect amount of beds/rooms so that everyone felt like they had their own space. The deck is AMAZING as well as the furniture on the deck and the BBQ. The house itself it very well laid out and the owners have taken the time to supply the house with items we might want or need. We really enjoyed renting from the company the owners use (Durango Colorado Vacations) as their property managers. They were great to work with and we are excited to return to Durango."
