"My wife and I wanted someplace special to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. I am a Colorado native now living near Lake Tahoe and wanted someplace different than our usual getaway spots such as the Northern California coast or the Sierra's. I had never been to Telluride and convinced my wife to go to there. We were not disappointed! The area is spectacular and this house could not have worked out better. The location is beautifully set high in the mtn forest near Mountain Village. Although it is in the woods there are still magnificent views from the living area and master bedroom. The house was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and very relaxing; just what I needed due to a high-stress job. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to prepare several tasty home-cooked meals during our stay. If you are active, the hiking and mountain biking in the area is world class. Bill the caretaker was helpful and friendly but otherwise invisible and totally respected our privacy. We definitely plan on coming back someday!"

  • Wonderful Stay

"We stayed in this home 5 nights in mid-September. It was the perfect time to visit Crested Butte. The house is in a great location, a short drive to town. It's clean and spacious. The house was well-stocked with linens and anything you could want in the kitchen. The master bedroom upstairs had amazing views. The owner came by to visit during our stay. We reported a few maintenance issues, which he took care of immediately. We would stay again and we would recommend it to others."

  • Great rental for large families

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here over Thanksgiving-Great house for a multigenerational family. The kitchen was very well-equipped, house was in great condition, very near the slopes. We took advantage of the optional access to the pool/hot tub at the Durango Mtn. Resort-Kids were able to swim even in late November. We were short on sheets, but the rental management company responded right away and sent them out the next morning."
