  • Balloons, Rainbow Trout, Mountains, and the Best Place to Stay in Pagosa Springs

"We just returned from Pagosa Springs and we have never enjoyed a rental property as much as this one. The remodel is gorgeous and very comfortable and inviting. The townhouse was very well equipped and the floorplan was perfect. Everything we needed to cook was available in the kitchen. The location in regards to shopping is stellar. And right off the back patio is Colorado, waiting for you to enjoy. We fished Lake Pagosa and caught our limits of rainbow trout each day. We took the first ones home and grilled them for dinner and then we started stocking the freezer. The views from the patio are wonderful and Lake Pinon is right across the back lawn. Pagosa Springs was having their Colorfest and several balloons ascended from a spot right across Lake Pinon from our patio on Friday and Sunday morning. It was a pleasure to spend our vacation at this townhouse and we hope to return soon and often. BTW - The owner was so terrific and very easy to work with. Thank you for allowing us the privilege to enjoy your home."

  • Downtown Durango at its Best

"We relocated to Durango this summer and rented the Penthouse for three months. The place is very nice and the location is awesome. We literally did not drive our car for the entire stay. You can walk anywhere downtown and we ventured a little further on our bikes since the Animas River pathway was across the street. The deck and hot tub overlooks the park and we enjoyed many a live event, countless sunsets and starry nights from this vantage point. The owner was also a joy to work with and helped us be very comfortable attending to our family specific needs. Durango is amazing and we now call it home. If you can get the chance to come here and stay in this wonderful; set up you will not be disappointed."

  • Fantastic house and location

"We recently stayed at this beautiful home and the descriptions and great reviews were spot on. We had 8 adults and 3 young children and there were more than enough beds and plenty of room in the 3 living areas. The kitchen is huge and was great for making all our of our meals. The location of this home and views from the deck may be thes best part of this great vacation home. Located only 5 or so minutes from downtown Pagosa the 3 acre lot makes the views incredible. The hot tub is a bonus as is the large driveway with plenty of parking for vehicles and all of our 4 wheelers. I would highly recommend this vacation rentan to anyone!"

  • Little gem

"My family stayed in Whetstone for about one month during the summer and absolutely loved it! The yard is perfect for a dog and for entertaining. The floor plan is open and the multiple windows allow for a 360 degree view of the beautiful mountains! The master bedroom is on a level of its own and is very nice for a little peace and quiet! The amenities are top of the line! We wanted to take the place home with us or make it our home! ;)"
