  • Second stay here!!

"Perfect location for any season. We wanted to do some cool weather hiking this fall and there were several wonderful hikes nearby. Our first stay was in the summer and we enjoyed river tubing and golf then. This townhome is immaculately clean and perfectly maintained."

  • Well stocked and convenient

"We rented this condo for a small family reunion and it was perfect! It was great that it had a huge, separate storage closet that we used for bikes and golf clubs, empty suitcases etc since it was summertime, but could also be used for ski equipment in the winter. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for a rental, including things like an electric skillet to make pancakes! The upstairs family room and eating area had plenty of seating and very nice furnishings. The kids bunk room was nice to have so that we could fit them all in one room, making a 4 bedroom the perfect size. It was an easy walk to access all of the summertime fun that DMR has to offer. Great views off of the porch. The only negative is that the 4th bedroom downstairs doesn't have a closet, which makes it hard to unpack if you are there for a week. It does have a dresser, but it is a very tight room. Rich was available and easy to work with and we would certainly rent from him again if we were ever in the area!"

  • Beautiful Location!

"This property is impeccably clean and beautifully appointed. The view from the living room balcony and the master BR is fabulous! It is a short walk to the walkway that leads to the Springs Resort and to all of the surrounding shops and restaurants. Personal communication was available with the owner which gave such a nice touch to our entire experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this location. Near the Wolf Creek skiing area it is a fantastic place to stay. Especially when you are travelling with pets because they can look after your pet while you are skiing. Thanks for everything."
