  • Black Bear Condo

"The condo was clean, convenient, and comfortable. The owners thought of a number of items that made our stay easier (kitchen staples, numerous dishes and containers, pots and pans--and even a humidifier!). Although it was easy enough to work around, we were disappointed that the garage door opener on the outside did not work even though we punched in the code at several different times. There was no other way to get into the garage except to tromp through the snow (which was awesome!) punch in the condo lobby code (which worked, thank goodness), and go downstairs to open the garage door manually. We knew that once we got into the condo, there would be a garage door opener. Wrong-o. Also no parking permits (which didn't matter because there was already a car parked in our designated spot). Fortunately, Angie (the owners' assistant) had emailed us temporary permits. The condo was very convenient to one of the ski lifts--plus the free city buses made frequent stops right at the condo. The dining at the ski area was a little disappointing--but the buses to town are so easy and convenient to catch that it didn't really matter (plus the Crested Butte residents were very friendly and helpful). If the garage door issue were resolved, this would be a great place to stay. I'd recommend asking Angie about it when you make your reservations."

  • Great Fall Colors in Telluride

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful first trip to Telluride after a snowfall on the peaks and with brilliant fall colors on the slopes! The unit was tastefully decorated, very sunny with views in 3 directions, and well stocked with everything we needed. The property managers were very helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay with them. The property is very well maintained and very convenient. We did hiking, mountain biking, had an awesome glider flight with Glider Bob, a must do!"

  • Great Vacation Home!

"Vacation for our family comes sparingly, so we wanted to make sure that our time off was spent well. This house couldn't have met our expectations more. Not only does this house have exceptional views, but it was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It served two families extremely well. Ron was a great source of information on where to go and what to do. That information coming from a local resident was extremely helpful. My family agrees that this was by far one of our top vacations and they want to plan another for next year!"
