  • The Name Says It All!

"My husband and I wer'e looking to rent a home, not far from our home.Just ,for a winter get away. We'll ,we found it all in this wonderful, tastefully decorated and clean home!Plus, centrally located in the middle of all the exciting attractions in Mystic.Just minutes to everything around town.It was so nice to be down the street from the seaport and the aquarium.Shopping was right around the corner.Rob came over to the house and salted the driveway for us and asked if it was warm enough and even mailed our post cards! He is a sweet, considerate person. His manager,Tina was another nice person .We even had a welcome basket from Rob,coffee and creamer. We would recommend his house to rent for everyone looking for all the amenities and then some!!!Thanks again Rob for making us feel right at home....Susan and Dave"

  • Unplug and step back in time.

"If you have ever wondered what it would be like to stay overnight at Old Sturbridge Village, then you will delight with the Little House. We reserved for four of us but only three stayed at the rental so we could each have our own bed. The crisp sheets and comfy bedding had us sleeping each night like it was 1820 and we had worked the farm all day. Our teen boy who is very high tech was unplugged and so well rested by the time we left. A bonus for all. Fridge well stocked although we had family events each day and did not have use for the kitchen. Wonderful brisk hike in the woods with family was a highlight. Hope for snow next time around."

  • An Outdoor Dream!

"We stayed at Fallen Fence last August for a week for our anniversary. We have 4 children so we are always looking for space. This house has it and more. There is a TV room, large living room. The attic loft was the favorite hangout for our teens. I love to cook and this well stocked kitchen, with it's commercial range, plenty of counter space and a large fridge was just want we needed. There are two patios, one off the kitchen that is very convenient for barbecuing. The other overlooks the grounds and pool. With a hand painted terra cotta tuscan table that seats 10 it's the perfect place for lunch (it has an automatic awning for sunny days) or for a lovely dinner setting. One of the things I loved the most about this house is that there were 5 different places on the property where you can have breakfast, lunch, formal dinner, cocktail party. It's really set up very well for entertaining. Lot's of linens, glassware, cutlery and dinnerware and serving plates. The place, simply put, is gorgeous. I'm not much of an outdoors or pool person but the rest of my family is and they really enjoyed the pool, hiking and boating in the pond. It's just a wonderful home!"

  • Beautiful secluded cabin

"My favorite part of the cabin was by far the kitchen- beautiful Viking appliances to stay in & cook wonderful meals. My husband rented the cabin for a weekend getaway & it was exactly what we needed. Thanks for letting us stay there!"
