"A group of women stayed here for a Yale Divinity School reunion in October 2014. It was a beautiful house with plenty of parking and bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place for big groups. It has lots of bedrooms, a great family room, spacious kitchen and room to enjoy. The property owners and manager worked with us coming from all parts of the country. This was a comfortable house in a good location for us."

"I was so happy with our stay while in New London during our son's graduation. I looked for a home that would accommodate 5 adults and 2 children, and this place had plenty of beds to fit everyone. This home had everything we needed to cook, clean, do laundry, entertain our little ones with a family room of game boards and toys and just relax after a full day of graduation activities. From the moment we made our reservation, Randy and Carolyn were quick to answer any questions we had via email and phone. Glad we had a chance to meet them before we left - great home and lovely couple! Thank you again!"

"This house was compact, clean, convenient - a delight in every way. We even managed okay with just one bath and seven people. Very near a great beach (short walking distance). And very convenient to the things we like to do as a family: Mystic Seaport; miniature golf at Saybrook Point; Gillette's Castle; Chester ferry; Essex steam train; Johnny Ad's restaurant in Old Saybrook - and especially the Deep River Fife & Drum Corps Muster on the 19th (always the 3rd Saturday in July). Grew up nearby but have lived in Texas for 20 years - and definitely will use this house as a great place for a "base of operations" when visiting the East or coming back again for the Muster."

"I was pleasantly surprised to have all my expectations met or exceeded with my stay at George's converted barn. It is truly a "5 Star" property and I would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone planning on visiting the Ridgefield area. You literally need to do nothing more than show up and buy some groceries. We found this charming property to be the perfect place to lock ourselves away from the rest of the world for a little while and I have priceless memories of my stay here...thank you George!"
