"Wow! Amazing house. So perfect. My extended family lives in CT and RI and we need a central place for "home base." This house was perfect for my husband and I, our daughter (20 months) and son (6 months). Could have held a lot more people. Porch is the best part! Great for cookouts and coffee watching the waves. The private beach was also incredible, at low tide you could walk out really far. The kids had a blast. Can't wait to book "our house" again for this year."

"We stayed at The River House for our son's graduation from the Coast Guard Academy. The home is picture perfect from the exterior to the well appointed interior. Our favorite feature was the rooftop deck in the morning ... sunrises, coffee and seabreeze! Morning strolls were a great way to start the day with the yacht club near by and rolling hills. We had a busy week of activities and it was a great place to call home at the end of a long day. Safeway, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts were all a short drive away."

"The house is awesome for a family get away! We loved all of the little extra amenities provided (toilet paper, trash bags, seasonings in the kitchen) as well as the important stuff (grill, enough dishes for a large family, washer/dryer) The little private beach section of the lake was great for relaxing and letting the kids play! There were stores, thrift shops, ice cream shop, even a nail place within close driving distance but out of view when at the house or lake. Our family had a great time! Just to clarify this house actually has 3 bedrooms, one on each floor and one in the basement. We thought that it slept 6 including the fold out couch in the basement, but that's not the case. It could actually sleep 8 comfortably with 4 kiddos.
Thank you for sharing your house with us!
