"I rented this beautiful home for my sister's low key bachelorette weekend and it could not have been more perfect. The 6 of us were all coming from different cities, so we wanted to be able to hang out and catch up as well as explore the town (and the cozy living room was perfect for this!). Everything was clean, in great condition, and the house was even more spacious than I had expected. We especially enjoyed the deck, multiple bathrooms, and the easy walk into town (our favorite was the local ice cream/coffee shop/cafe). The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful, and I absolutely recommend this wonderful house!"

"My Family & I (12 of us altogether - mix of little ones, teens and adults) were lucky enough to stay at Suzanne and Dan's place in New London in July 2015. Suzanne met us at the house to give the tour. It was perfect for ALL of us with PLENTY of room and privacy...similar to a mini hotel with all of our own family suites. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc., but if you needed anything, you could go 10 mins down the street to a shop & stop (open 24hrs). Because we were a large group, we cooked out on the grill EVERY NIGHT and had our dinner and drinks on the (very private) deck. I think this was my favorite time : ) chilling at the end of the day before heading down to Ocean beach (2 block walk) for the nightly events. The game room provided a ton of entertainment for the kids (all ages) every night. Mystic is so close (15mins) and for a more wavy beach, we ended up at Misquamicut RI Beach ($20/day) for boogy boarding. Highly recommend it, the only thing we couldn't find for the beach was a sun umbrella-they could have had one, but we didn't bug Suzanne or Dan for one. They had everything else though...towels, chairs, sunscreen, beach toys, etc.
This house is a 5 Star for us - it was perfect in so many ways. Great space, great location, great quiet, friendly neighborhood and neighbors. Someone in another post mentioned ants in the kitchen...yes, we saw a few around the water faucet, (my home is no different) but I don't believe it was about any food that was left-atleast not in our case...it certainly wasn't bothersome or an issue at all (2 or 3 the whole week).
We would DEFINITELY return back here for more morning/nightly walks on the beach, exploring more CT fun and just being able to relax in this wonderful home ; ) TY Suzanne and Dan for hosting our family in New London."

"We spent a few nights at this he and loved it! The lake is spectacular and the view is incredible! The home is simple but clean and very comfortable. Everything was in very good working order, well kept and user friendly. We loved using the yard, grill, boat, and dock. The home has everything you need and has a great floor plan for families. We will definitely be back and tell our friends too! Highly recommend!!"

"We needed a house last minute, and when we called George he answered his phone and got us all set up. Then we loved it! George took care of our firewood (even though it was early in the season - us southerners weren't used to the chill) and made sure we had everything we needed. I ended up leaving a couple of items at the house, and he promptly mailed them to me. The house has no food items - so think about that when planning to cook - but the kitchen is neat and clean and well stocked with dishes/pots/etc. The town is beautiful - lots of lovely homes, a fun Main Street for shopping, etc. We loved the remodel on the farm house! So well done! We enjoyed easy day drives to Yale/New Haven and New York City."
