  • Another wonderful vacation at this house!

"Our extended family rented this house again and truly had a fantastic time! The house fits all of us perfectly and the proximity to the beach is perfect! We even brought our jet skis this time and all the people at Hawk's Nest Beach were so helpful getting them into the water. We are really hoping to vacation here again in 2015."

  • Dreamy beach getaway

"My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at this house!! It was so relaxing to be able to listen to the waves crashing on the shore from our bedroom window. I loved that the beach was only a couple hundred feet from the front door. The house was very clean and charming, and the wifi connection was fast and easy to connect to. All of the neighbors were nice, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Finding a grocery store, pharmacy, or restaurant was no issue because a plaza was located not even two miles away. The area seemed very safe and suitable for all ages. Overall, this house and the location facilitated a very relaxing, romantic week. I will definitely be returning!!"

  • Great time in Connecticut!

"We needed a house last minute, and when we called George he answered his phone and got us all set up. Then we loved it! George took care of our firewood (even though it was early in the season - us southerners weren't used to the chill) and made sure we had everything we needed. I ended up leaving a couple of items at the house, and he promptly mailed them to me. The house has no food items - so think about that when planning to cook - but the kitchen is neat and clean and well stocked with dishes/pots/etc. The town is beautiful - lots of lovely homes, a fun Main Street for shopping, etc. We loved the remodel on the farm house! So well done! We enjoyed easy day drives to Yale/New Haven and New York City."

  • Exquisite

"Our family has visited the Hidden Valley Bed & Breakfast several times now, and each time, we are amazed at how it was just as good as we remembered it. The house is so comfortable. Fluffy down pillows, comfy blankets, luxurious marble bathrooms, and elegant living quarters with a cozy fire going on winter nights. The house itself is absolutely stunning -- it is colonial meets modern so that it is comfortable, and very, very clean, while still offering you the feeling of visiting a historic part of the country. The grounds are beautiful isolated up a very long drive and on a hill, with the rolling hills bordering on local farms. Best of all, your hostess, Regine, is absolutely charming and lovely. We will definitely be returning again."
