"The cottage is pristine & well appointed. A 3 minute walk delivers you to a sandy beach with a tremendous view of the Bay. The entire area is as quiet as one might hope for when on vacation. Bicycling & walking within the area is safe and enjoyable. Kayaking is superb. I don't think it would be possible to find nicer people then Peter & Pat to rent from. I recommend this without reservation or hesitation."Guest: Old Lyme Bob Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 17, 2014View listing
"We rented the Fairmont for our family (10 people) for our daughters graduation. The view was fantastic and most of our time was spent enjoying it! Rustic yes, but a perfect New England Beach House. We enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend it for 2015 graduation week. 15 min drive to the Academy and 12 min drive to the popular Hawks Nest beach. Cant beat the price compared to other locations!"Guest: kaitlin W. Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 17, 2014View listing
"We had several family members in town for a 5 day reunion and our sons wedding. The house was comfortable, clean and had plenty of amenities. The playscape, kayaks, yard, river - all were used and enjoyed! One note of warning - don't try to kayak at low tide! There isn't enough water depth. But when the tide is in, it was great!"Guest: Mother of the Groom Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 19, 2014View listing
"What an amazing place CT is. If you're looking for an extended place to stay, Cozy Nest Cottages is the place to book. The owners are very polite and will help with any questions you have. They are located in East Lyme which makes it very easy to get where you are trying to go. I highly recommend staying here!!"Guest: Two 20 Somethings Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 10, 2014View listing
