  • Love the house, perfect for a large group

"This is the second time we've stayed here and it's a great house. Our group of 12 adults and 4 kids in the main house plus another couple in the newly refurbished studio apartment in the barn all had plenty of room. The kitchen is well set up and the dining room comfortably seats a group of 15. The living room is comfortable and flows well so people in the kitchen are still connected to the group in the living room. We are planning to go back next year!"

  • 2014 Coast Guard Graduation

"We rented the Fairmont for our family (10 people) for our daughters graduation. The view was fantastic and most of our time was spent enjoying it! Rustic yes, but a perfect New England Beach House. We enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend it for 2015 graduation week. 15 min drive to the Academy and 12 min drive to the popular Hawks Nest beach. Cant beat the price compared to other locations!"

  • Great Stay!

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights to attend a wedding at the Saybrook Point Inn, which was a quick 10 minute walk away. The owner was extremely responsive. The cottage is quaint, cutely decorated, and has everything you need for a great stay. There is a small deck which overlooks the large grassy lawn - a perfect space to soak up some sun. The yard is especially great for any four legged friends you bring along!"
