  • What an adorable beach cottage!

"My family, consisting of 2 adults, teenage son (along with various friends) and family dog spent a wonderfully relaxing week at this perfect beach cottage. The pictures are a completely accurate depiction of the property...the beach access is literally right across the street! Morning coffees, dining "al fresco", reading books and family game nights on the screened-in front porch were our favorite activities of the whole week! The cottage is in a very family friendly neighborhood with great areas for walking, biking and kayaking. We look forward to our next vacation on beautiful Summer Island for relaxation and quality family-time!"

  • REWARDNG VISIT -LIKE HOME

"My wife and I had the pleasure to spend an enjoyable week at Ledge Retreat at the end of October. Every corner of the house, including multiple kitchen components, a well designed, inviting, spacious master bedroom, modern heating and mechanicals in a finished basement demonstrate creative investment upgrades, and excellent management. Highly recommended !"

  • Exceeded all expectations... which were high!

"Wonderful views of the Bay and lighthouse especially from the balcony of the master bedroom of this beachside survivor of the 1938 hurricane. The lovely accommodation is family traditional, well appointed and generous (6+ bedrooms). It absorbed our British daughters' wedding party of 10 happily with plenty of escape room. The attentive owners fixed any challenges and the breakfasts at Doreen's 'Broken Yolk' diner were humungous and memorable. Highly recommended in every way. White sands for the kids. Only wished we could have stayed longer."
