  • Rooms with a View!

"We rented this home during the US Coast Guard Academy Commencement week. The ocean front property listing is situated on a quiet tree lined road and (great for walks), and feels quiet and remote while enabling one to easy access to Mystic and New London. The Home is very large, with lots of room for guests. The home is very clean, well maintained with a nice laundry room. It was amazing to wake up and see the ocean from the bedroom window every morning and the deck was great for morning coffee. Nearly every window (including the kitchen) has a beautiful view! I would definitely recommend this home for rental and would love to visit again."

  • Beautiful Place

"Our family of 3 spent a week here. The house is beautifully decorated, and maintains the charm of the 1700s while having every modern amenity. The area is quiet, making this the perfect place to relax. We loved the front porch, the spot for our daily morning coffee. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom gave my son his privacy, while we had ours on the lower level. We're already thinking about our next trip there, and perhaps consider the other home on the property George owns. We found George to be gracious and wonderful. A great experience from the moment we arrived kt the moment we left."

  • Great weekend with the ladies!

"We had a wonderful weekend in niantic. The house was clean, comfortable and a great location. The kitchen was ideal for cooking in and the porch room was great for hanging out. Work with the owner to figure out cars but he is eager to come up with a solution."

  • Perfect location for end-of-summer fun!

"We had another week of vacation before Labor Day and didn't want to face a day-long drive up or down I-95 from NYC. Luckily, we stumbled upon this listing for Ennis Cottage and it was available! The beautiful cottage is immaculately kept and very comfortable with everything you need -- and just steps from the Long Island Sound. Ron and Bernie were incredibly welcoming to me, my husband, and my 4 year old, ready with beach toys, chairs, towels, and a wagon to help get our vacation started. We spent most of the time on the beach playing in the sand and water. Later in the week, we went to the outlets for school clothes, took a tour of the Thimble Islands, picked berries at a local farm, and went to a local carnival. We loved the lobster at Lenny's, long walks along the water, and exploring the lovely town of Branford."
