"This home is well maintained and well thought out for the care and comfort of guests. The owners had the lights on and air running when we got there at 9 pm. There was plenty of ice in the freezer, a very well stocked kitchen,- pot pans , glasses, dishes and spices, left over coffee, ketchup etc so we did not have to run out and get all the extra that end up costing so much. They had toys and games and magazines. A comfy den upstairs with cable tv as well as a nice family room downstairs with cable tv. So room to get away. Nice deck upstairs and a great small backyard.
Excellent location for beach access. Bring your bikes! We were visiting from Pasadena CA with 6 people"

"We spent a few nights at this he and loved it! The lake is spectacular and the view is incredible! The home is simple but clean and very comfortable. Everything was in very good working order, well kept and user friendly. We loved using the yard, grill, boat, and dock. The home has everything you need and has a great floor plan for families. We will definitely be back and tell our friends too! Highly recommend!!"

"We spent a week here with our school-aged children (11, 10, 8) and had such a great time! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including really handy tips on how to enjoy the home and the surrounding community. We took long bike rides on the Airline Trail, kayaked from Lollipop beach, had ice cream and lobster rolls at Harry's, and made smores at the firepit. Fun outings included the Mystic Aquarium and Seaport and a minor league baseball game (with fireworks!) in nearby Norwich. On our last day - July 4th - a parade of cars and kids on bicycles came through the lake community throwing candy at my thrilled kids. My 10 yr old exclaimed, "This may be the best vacation ever :-)" Thanks, John & Rita!!"
