  • Rooms with a View!

"We rented this home during the US Coast Guard Academy Commencement week. The ocean front property listing is situated on a quiet tree lined road and (great for walks), and feels quiet and remote while enabling one to easy access to Mystic and New London. The Home is very large, with lots of room for guests. The home is very clean, well maintained with a nice laundry room. It was amazing to wake up and see the ocean from the bedroom window every morning and the deck was great for morning coffee. Nearly every window (including the kitchen) has a beautiful view! I would definitely recommend this home for rental and would love to visit again."

  • Son's wedding week

"We had several family members in town for a 5 day reunion and our sons wedding. The house was comfortable, clean and had plenty of amenities. The playscape, kayaks, yard, river - all were used and enjoyed! One note of warning - don't try to kayak at low tide! There isn't enough water depth. But when the tide is in, it was great!"

  • Great weekend with the ladies!

"We had a wonderful weekend in niantic. The house was clean, comfortable and a great location. The kitchen was ideal for cooking in and the porch room was great for hanging out. Work with the owner to figure out cars but he is eager to come up with a solution."

  • Another nice stay in Colebrook

"The first time I stayed at this log cabin was last year for my 60th birthday during the worse storm CT has had in a long time. My family stayed and it was wonderful. After our stay in Feb. 2013, we all talked about going again in 2014. So we did. It was funny driving up the driveway with only a couple mounds of snow. We were so excited. Strangely, the Tuesday night we were there it snowed. Yes, snow on the ground and covering our cars. We just laughed. By the time we left, snow was gone. We had a lot of fun that week. It is such a comfortable place to stay. My son and his wife along with others went to visit a couple of wineries. We returned to Da Capo restaurant in Torrington which was not far from the cabin. Da Capo restaurant was SO good we went twice. Great family style option available. We had an Easter Egg Hunt for my two grandchildren and you might find a few eggs still there. It was fun sitting around, playing board games, relaxing and taking small walks or just enjoying the a nice fire in the evening. We sat by the pond and had a small fire. It was very comfortable, relaxing and we all enjoyed our time at the cabin. We just might go again next year."
