  • Lovely fall getaway

"We had a very enjoyable fall vacation in this beautifully and comfortably renovated Sea Colony condo. We have visited Sea Colony many times and this unit has the nicest ocean view of any we have stayed in."

  • Nice Surprise!

"Bob the owner has done a great job with this property. You get the best of both worlds by being close to the beach and also on the canal. Two kayaks are at your disposal (only one padle though) and the deck is great for morning coffee and evening happy hour. This is a clean, comfortable, and convenient cottage with everything you need to enjoy Fenwick Island!"

  • Absolutely GREAT!

"Everyone loved the house and the area. From the 3 yr. old who loved the "giant sandbox" and the small sandbox in a screened in porch, to the 66 yr. old grandpa who got to surf fish any time of the day...no people in the way of his casting. We could find shells and pretty stones on the beach and even had sand crabs looking out of their freshly dug homes at us. The house was bright and cheery with lots of room to spread out. It looks exactly like the pictures except for 2 big couches now in the room with the TV and piano instead of one. The owners were very helpful and obviously love the house. Be advised that like most of the houses in the area all the living spaces are up stairs. Twice we ate at The Backyard (for breakfast and dinner) and would recommend it. It is on Rt. 16 before you get to the Food Lion. If you need something to do on a rainy day, the Dogfish Head Brewery is in Milton, but make a reservation for a tour. We couldn't get in, by midday they were fully booked, but samples were still available!"

  • Great townhouse for our large family gathering!

"When my entire extended family (three full families!) decided last minute to meet up in Bethany Beach for "closing down" weekend for my dad's small condo, we realized that we needed to look for an additional place to put everyone. The owner of 95A was kind enough to REOPEN his unit for us (he had closed it for end-of-season repairs and touch-ups), allowed us to come in early in the day, and even personally came in to work with us to get the wifi going again. THANK YOU Chuck and Amanda. This house came VERY well equipped, with a large full kitchen, every possible appliance and utensil one might need for large gatherings and cooking fests, bench and chair seating eating area (that sat our entire family of 11!), large comfy living room, THREE full floors of living space and a wonderful LOFT on a fourth floor with an additional sleeping/quiet area! There was ample reserved parking directly under the unit's awning as well as behind the unit in the private parking lot. It rained or drizzled pretty much all weekend, but our kids still enjoyed walking directly onto the beach along the access walkway to the left of the unit. The town was literally one block away. The beds were all super comfy, with each room outfitted with its own TV, ceiling fans and more than adequate lighting, closet space, comforters and pillows. The views were not straight-on ocean--more of a side view over the parking lot, but the balconies from the third floor master suite and the fourth floor loft were still perfect for us and the easy and close accessibility to the beach was a great plus! There was a very spacious deck off of the living room, but we didn't get to use it much due to the weather. If I could grab this place again for our family gathering, I most certainly would!"
