"We just returned from staying here in Bethany and we are already planning our next trip back! We couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations, price, and location for the condo. We have rented serval times in Rehoboth, Broadkill, and Bethany and we will definitely be back to this place next summer. The condo's location was ideal for walking to the beach, setting things early, and coming/going as we pleased. The small yard in front lent itself to tossing the frisbee or grilling out while the playground down the street was a great retreat when we needed a break from the beach! If one craved the "hustle and bustle" of the boardwalk, a short drive puts you there. A very nice surprise was Matt's Fish Camp, which is literally walking distance from the place and has awesome seafood options. Kim is an excellent owner, helping with questions along the way. She even took the time to help me borrow a grill, which was perfect for a few shrimp and rainbow trout purchased at one of the many fish shops located within 5 or less miles of the condo. The new updated bathroom was a delight and the bedrooms provided an excellent rest after a long day of fun in the sun! Whether you are hosting a small group, or have a few little ones, this condo is PERFECT! Thanks!!!"

"Eugene was a great help both in making sure we had any questions answered before we arrived as well as helping us out when we pulled up. The property is in great shape and right by the Ocean. Plenty of room for our 2 year old twins to play and for grandparents too! Looking forward to returning..."

"This condo is perfect in every way and is exactly as the owner indicated it would be. Sometimes, photos and details aren't what they are cracked up to be upon arrival, but this was a wonderful exception to the rule!
We had 6 people, and although this is more of a 2 bedroom apartment that (if living in it) would be comfortable for 2 people, our 6 person family had no problems at all. A queen bed in one room, trundle in the second (top bunk = single and bottom = full). Our third slept on the couch (turns into a queen). The kitchen is gorgeous (granite counters, updated/new appliances, etc), the condo had hard wood floors and the bathroom was pretty as well. Outside is a deck with a table to seat 6, a clothesline for wet beach items, there is a footwash at the bottom of the steps and a shower below the building as well as a washer and dryer (free to use!). We were less than 100 yards from the beach and the beach itself is beautiful. Much quieter and more quaint than in Ocean City. A restaurant is right at the end of the street, less than 50 yards away.
Bottom line, we will stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone that wants a "home" to stay in rather than a hotel."

"My husband and I rented this adorable beach condo for a week-long getaway and it was the perfect place for us to stay. The location is prime, right around the block from Matt's Fish Camp, which is less than a 5 minute walk away, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. You can't see the beach from the condo, but with such an easy walk, this isn't a problem. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, except for pot holders and measuring spoons, so we purchased some and left them there for the next visitor (and our next visit too!). VERY glad that the house has a toaster oven, as it made heating up leftovers a lot easier (and tastier). The TV gets plenty of channels, and has an HDMI port, so we hooked our Google Chromecast and watched stuff on Netflix and Hulu in the evenings. The bathroom is quite small, so no romantic baths here, but the showerhead is the best one we have ever used anywhere, so we didn't mind.
The location is quiet, despite the fact that all the houses in the community were full of people. The beach itself is excellent, and was never terribly crowded. We often went out around 2pm, well after most people had staked their claim, and never had trouble finding a spot.
We enjoyed our week here and would definitely stay here again. It's the perfect little place for a couple, small family, or a couple of friends. We think you'll like it too!"
