Great condo with responsible owner
"We stayed in this condo for a week in August. The location was perfect. The development is in a safe neighborhood close to everything. Lorie is a very responsible owner, who always replied to my e-mails right away. Condo is very nice and clean and has everything you may need for a perfect vacation in Lewes."

"My family enjoyed our stay in Lewes. We loved that everything was within walking distance--only took the car to go to Cape Henlopen and the Rehoboth Boardwalk. The kitchen was well-equipped for eating in, although most evenings we tried the various restaurants in Lewes. We loved the proximity to the park/playground for the kids and even took advantage of the Cape Water Taxi tours right across the canal. Very nice accommodations for our week away!"

Perfect little affordable cottage for a weekend getaway in a great location!
"We were thrilled to find this cute little gem for a wedding weekend. It is near the Love Creek marina and very close to Rehoboth and Lewes and all of the shopping and restaurants. It is located in a neighborhood of quiet cottages. At the entrance of the road you will see efficiency units located in what was a previous hotel. We met one resident of the cottages and he was very nice. It seemed to be a very quiet neighborhood. (We were there from Thursday to Sunday.)
You must provide your own towels and bedding, although you will find a few pillows and blankets. The house was well stocked with appliances, including a large refrigerator, a very nice washer and dryer, a gas stove and oven, a toaster, blender, and a microwave. The dishes are on an open shelf so I would recommend washing them before use. (The shelf was dusty but the rest of the place was fine.) There is one bathroom so we planned accordingly. (Bring soap for the shower.) The bunk (twin and a full on bottom) is on the front porch but the front door is not used so it's like a bedroom. The bedroom also had a full bed that could have been more comfortable. There is a shower in the bathroom and there are plenty of towel racks. Two T.V.'s were provided, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room. There are window AC units and cable and wifi are included. We were thrilled to find games in one of the drawers so we could have a "family game night." The tides, just down the street, at the pier come in quite high (you may not always be able to walk to the pier.) My son took his fishing rod and ended up catching (and releasing) blue crabs. The back yard has a hammock, chairs, and a chimenea. I would bring bug spray because the house is close to the water. The owner was very easy to work with and even offered recommendations about bicycle rentals when I inquired. We would definitely return!"

"My family, including my wife and two-year-old, and my parents just stayed in this house this past week and we couldn't have been happier. The owners communicated all the features of the property in advance, and the house was very well appointed. The house is convenient to Route 1, and to Savannah Road to take you into historic Lewes. The pool in Five Points was nice and had a lifeguard. We went to the Rehoboth boardwalk one evening, took the Cape May-Lewes ferry one day, went to both the Lewes beach on the bay and the Cape Henlopen beach on the ocean, and ate at a half-dozen fantastic restaurants throughout the week. The master bedroom and master bath are on the ground floor, which would be nice for a family with older folks who can't climb stairs well. There's a "small master" upstairs with a large queen bed and its own sitting room and TV, but no attached bath. The third bedroom had a very small TV as well. Cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, and the TV in the living room downstairs is a smart TV so you can watch Netflix on it if you sign in with your own account. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who doesn't mind a drive to the beach."
