"My foursome comes down to Bear Trap for a mini golf vacation every year and are always very happy with the accommodations staying at Steve's houses. Always extremely clean and very easy to book. Great golf courses are nearby."

"We stayed at Bear Trap before and we really enjoyed this house, nicely decorated, plenty of room and very comfortable. The back deck was great for sitting and having your morning coffee. Bear Trap has it all golf, tennis, and 2 pools. We really enjoy that you are close to the beach but you do not feel overwhelmed by crowds of people like another big community in the area. I also enjoy that parking is not a hassle. The owners were wonderful to work with!"

"This is the second time my family has stayed in this beautiful home and we can't wait to come back next year. The house has plenty of room and we love that we are close enough to the beach but the neighborhood is quiet so you really feel like you can relax! You feel right at home and the community pool is so close you can walk over anytime. It truly is a gem and the homeowners work very hard to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend!"

"The house was nicely appointed and had modern furnishings, always a plus for a rental. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishware and cookware - we were able to cooking on par with what we do at home. Some oddities to be aware of:
1) The indoor dining area is not directly connected to the kitchen. We ended up eating around the coffee table in the living room for the most part.
2) There are no dining chairs with backs and the stools for the breakfast bar are so light, they're kind of dangerous. We brought a highchair adapter for our 16 month old, but with no chairs with backs, couldn't use it as intended (we ended up putting him on the floor). The stools were very easily tipped over - a combo of being very light and being placed on slippery hardwood floor (maybe some grippers on the legs would help?).
3) The living room has (modern) shag carpet. Again, probably not a big deal for most people, but hard to keep clean with a 16 month old running around."
