  • Cute cottage in the perfect location!

"My husband and I rented this cottage and invited both our parents to come and stay. It was perfect for sleeping the 6 of us. Very cute and clean and had everything we needed. The location was ideal! 2 blocks from the beach and just 3 blocks to the Rehoboth Ave. In a very nice part of town near all of the restaurants and shops. Joan was very responsive and helpful with booking the rental and made it very easy. Would definitely stay here again!"

  • Really "just like home"

"Can't say enough about this rental. Me and my family have stayed at different places in Rehoboth Beach, but this condo does outshine them all. Working with the owner made everything effortless, which really helps when you're planning a family vacation. The condo is listed correctly - Just Like Home. That's how it felt. In fact, the kitchen is more equipped than our kitchen at home. We were very comfortable staying there and plan to go back. It's very close to everything. It's only a mile to the beach, so we would either take the Shuttle Bus or ride our bikes. Everything was within a close proximity. When we wanted to unwind we would relax by the pool or hot tub. We would recommend this condo to anyone that wants to have a fabulous vacation."

  • Owners have thought of everything!

"We just returned from a week's stay at this great property. The owners were wonderful to work with and made the whole process MUCH easier than my relatives' experiences with other properties in Sea Colony. We were in Bethany for a large-scale family reunion for the week and our location turned out to be just perfect. Wonderful fishing just steps outside the door . . .easy access to the beach and to the pool. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful porch and we had perfect weather. Thanks for making the whole process so organized, simple, and easy for your tenants!"
