  • Wonderful Condo!

"My mother and I have stayed here for the last several years while we attend an event in nearby Dewey Beach. I love the spacious and well-equipped condo. Having three bedrooms (each with cable TV) and two bathrooms makes the stay so much nicer than a cramped hotel room. The elevator is convenient too. The owner has gone out of her way to ensure almost everything you could possibly need is available for use -- from pots and pans to beach chairs. I really love the sun porch and balcony for quiet reading times. There are many books, games, and DVDs to enjoy during your stay. The property is always clean and well-kept. Linens are provided, as is hand and dish soap. There is a full sized washer and dryer as well. The owner, Evelyn, has been a pleasure to work with. She is super-responsive when reserving the unit and has always returned the security deposit quickly. I had to call her a couple of times over the years when something happened (a problem with the high-speed internet and a plumbing issue) and she was pleasant and handled things quickly. The location is superb. It is on a quiet dead-end street, but just blocks from a grocery store and several outlets. There are places to walk dogs and just enjoy some fresh air. I've never been there when the pool is open, but it is conveniently located. The Wawa market just up the road is always busy, but it is open 24 hours and is a good source for quick meals and coffee. You really can't go wrong with this condo if you want a clean, pleasant place to stay."

  • Casa de Bos

"4 adult couples spent the week at this magnificent house, never getting in each others way. The bedrooms were big and well appointed, with baths inside. The house was spacious, very nicely decorated and it had every amenity we needed. the house is a little over a mile from the beach (house includes beach parking permit) and easy to get to and park. Outside patio & grill were also nice and used. We would highly recommend this house and look forward to coming back next summer. the landlord was very accessible and helpful as we moved in"

  • Delightful Stay!

"Our week at your lovely Bethany Bay Resort home this past week was most enjoyable. We had a wonderful family gathering of our three married daughters, their husbands and our grandchildren, and just staying in your lovely home made the week all the more special. The size and roomy layout of the house and its nice furnishings worked well for us, and the pretty setting was delightful as well. We spent our days rotating between time at the beach and days using the community pool area. Several of our grandchildren were "sad" when vacation time was over . . . many sweet memories for our entire family!"

  • Wonderful Experience

"Bill's rental property is very nicely decorated and immaculately maintained! The listing description is accurate, the location is great (plenty of parking and in close proximity to all the beach activity), the neighborhood is quiet, the yard is private and really comfortable. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would most certainly return again. Thank you Bill!"
